While 43c each is better than the usual supermarket specials, it is not really in the same league as a good bargain:
    http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/78166 - 28c each
    http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/77382 - 27c each

    • Agree with you. Will wait for a proper 'bargain', not just a reduced price special

    • These are available !!

  • Finish All in 1 MyChemist special $4.99 for 28 tabs (Made in Germany) runs until 17 Feb 2013

    • Great if you live in VIC

  • "This product is a parallel import"… from where I wonder?

There are a lot of ppl around here saying there is a big difference depending on the country it came from.

    • Exactly. If you buy locally at least you know it conforms to Australia's high standards. Especially when you are using this to clean your dishes and generally drinking liquid straight from a glass that has had this on it.

      • +2

Australia may have good documented Standards however there is little or no enforcement. As such Australian Standards are effectively just guidelines.

        • Still works 10x better then having nothing at all.

        • 10 x 0 = 0

        • 10 x 1 + 0 = 10

        • And where did the one come from? It's 10x better than nothing at all according to samfisher. In my book that's 10x0 not 10x1.

        • lol, maybe he has 1 lot of nothing.

        • Nothing is still something. What do you think the universe is expanding into.. nothing? Ahhh, got you there I did, oh yes indeedy! <happy claps>

        • So, by your reasoning, if you have no money in your wallet, you still have some in there? Hmmmm…..

        • Of course, but imaginery money is called 'credit' :-P
          muncan strikes again!!

    • There are a lot of ppl around here saying there is a big difference depending on the country it came from.

This is the first time I've noticed such a sentiment.

      • There's comments in other threads depending on whether it's from asia, poland, germany, etc… apparently the ingredients are different depending on country.

I'm just curious how much of an overreaction it is. As long as there's nothing hazardous in it I've a fairly recent dishwasher that isn't having any trouble cleaning and can't see that I should care.

        • apparently the ingredients are different depending on country

This is the first time I've heard of that.

  • I ordered my last lot from cheapaschips.com.au, which might work out slightly cheaper depending on how many you order - $14 for 40 plus shipping.
    http://www.cheapaschips.com.au/estore/style/ba10234.aspx

Still a reasonable price though. I didn't have a problem with the last lot of parallel imports, they all work the same.

  • +2

Coles has Quantum half price at the moment, $7.50 for 20 = 37c each, which is cheaper than this deal.

  • The hell, when did they switch to parallel imports…. Last time I bought it, it was local.

Also it's better to wait for free shipping which GR does regularly to sweeten the deal.

  • I know these are not Quantum …
but BigW has 112 pack of All In One for $35 = 31c each.

    http://www.bigw.com.au/home-garden/kitchen/cleaning-supplies…

Purchase 2 packs for $70 - and then use coupon HAPPY10 - to bring it back to $60
    and then $8 delivery.

So for $68 delivered, you are getting 224 tablets = 30c each.

Sorry, this is a not a good price. They are 22c each for 208 delivered from Gerry. Lower for more.

      • Are Gerry's made in germany and have the reckitt benckiser Australia details on box? Or are they grey import?
Bigw box are for aus market.

        • Looks like Gerry's are from sweden. You would assume same as germany.

      • HN has free delivery for orders over $100 which gets the price down to 17.3 cents a unit which is world beating. These parallel imports are from Sweden, I think you can trust the Swedes (if not HN!!) Mind you you'll have to buy 12x52 = 624 washups. For our place that would be 12 years supply!! Best we start our own group buying club….

        • MOD: please start OzB Group Buying website.
          K thanx bye

        • Works for me. Who wants 25% (156 tabs) or 50% (312 tabs) of that in Perth (17.3c each)?

          Coupon doesnt work tho

        • The coupon is for BigW.

        • Ahha, I'm daft.

Still, Perthians - who wants a bulk buy of the swedish all-in-1 powerballs?
          156 for $27 or 312 for $54.
