    Surely its about time the ACCC started receiving complaints every time DSE does this? It is actually illegal to advertise a special deal whilst knowingly not having enough stock to fulfill it for a reasonable number of customers. DSE seems to use the "while stocks last" and "not in all stores" and "clearance" labels a little more than is reasonable, they're absolutely not acting in good faith.

      Agreed, though I'd be happy enough if they simply showed the nearest couple of stores to you that did have stock (even if they were 3000km away). If any.
