  • It would be great, if U can post the links to the relevant courses..

I honestly thought it was great to post anything at all. I have an affliction with the less clicking the better.

  • the excel courses that work with the code, are the ones by edu cba.

  • Awesome, thanks OP was waiting for an Excel one!

  • awesome, i was just telling a friend about these courses today, you've just saved her $300!!

Does anyone really finish these or are we just collecting the courses? For a raining day?

    • +2

I've got courses but no time… I like to think of them like collectible cards, I've got 52 =D

      • same here. I have enrolled in 47 courses, but completed none

      • I grabbed Language courses like Japanese because I WILL learn it. But time is a harsh mistress….

    • +1

It's like my steam game collection and my kindle ebook collection.

    • I've finished about 6 by now.

  • Good post thanks!

  • Found this news few days before. Good stuff with good reviews if you really need to learn those in future.

    • -1

      what news?

      • The news about free C.Codes. Why? :)

    • What worries me is now that I've gotten a few of these for free - I wonder why edu cba keep giving them for free. Not to draw any racial card but the few reviews seem to be all recently and without comments (which affect integrity to me), and usualyl from indian sounding names, which given the indian accent lecturer and the poorly (at times) written announcements (i.e. the one that came by email advising me of the free codes posted above by OP) I assume is an all indian based management team - i can't help but wonder how legitimate the reviews and how goodt he courses are.

Unfortunately none of us have really had time to complete any. The content (from a list/contents page pov) look amazing. Really hoping they play just as amazing - hope to do one of them in full or at least what ineed soon, so I can get back to everyone if they're actually any good…

Or whether they're so bad and hence why they've been giving out so many free…

Or whether they're so bad and hence why they've been giving out so many free…

If the course is bad, leave a bad review…

Do they remove bad reviews ???

        • +1

Then we can make a bad review and check that out .. :)

        • Interesting concept - try one bad review to see if it's removed? Can reviews be moderated like that? If they can that leaves cherry picking which is unfortunate… best thing though for us is to actually complete an edu cba course, it'll at least give us an idea of how useful any of their other courses are.

Really hoping excel wise they can go through with it.

I'm collecting these courses like stamps

    • -2

      I sell them on ebay…

    • +1

I can send you some more stamps if you like :) :)

  • -2

I approve of this deal. Go ahead guys.

  • I think they're trying to increase actual participation and completion of courses with "certificate of completion" awards that you can put on your CV.
That's to do at your choice of course but I guess it would benefit those Year 12 students preparing their extra-curricula lists. Heard Unis these days give bonus points or leniency if you have good amounts of extra-curricula.

  • Awesome deal…Thanks lot.

Finally started a course. The excel beginner. Wow. He really does start from the beginning.

    • +2

yes lol. I took a look. Really, I mean …really from the beginning. How to open excel in windows :D

      • +3

        "This is called a CELL"

"A nifty trick to switch windows between Word and EXCEL is 'ALT+TAB'"

Mind = blown. Still, I'm sure as it progresses I'll learn a lot.

        • Don't forgot by being a ozbarginer you already know more than many :)

  • Can you retake these courses (to allow other family members to take them?)
Or is it best to just do multiple signups?

    • I have a single Id and share that log in with friends and family.

That way all of us buy courses and share the purchased courses to all.

  • +1

    Thanks

    Thanks for Sharing

  • Where do you get these codes from? Can you keep posting them as you see them or can i access them more steadily? Cheers

    • I find them in the copious amounts of spam I get sent from Udemy these days.

  • Thank you so much!

  • I used, the tint in code last night but got charged for the course no way to refund as well

    • Used it just then by copying and pasting. You did click on the redeem code icon rather than purchase?
Just tried to use it on the Beginners and it has expired, but the comprehensive contains beginners and advanced and still works

  • Two questions…

    1) Why didn't I know about this place before :o ??

    2) How does one find other codes for this place :) ??

    Cheers !!

  • Well, I am not sure about this courses, but I think some of the courses can be bad and not proper because anyone can make it.I just saw that option on my account that I can actually create a course.

Maybe i should do an ozbargain 101.

  • TINTIN1 EXPIRED

    • No it isnt. But it doesnt work on the beginners excel anymore, only the other two excel courses.

    • Yes it is. TINTIN1 doesnt work on any of the Excel courses….

  • getting "Coupon code TINTIN1 is disabled by the instructor." for the 2 remaining Excel courses

  • CFA code expired
