    Hmm.. I did a pen and some envelope stamps for my mom delivered to her address and didn't get a tax receipt emailed to me, even though the order appeared to go through ok.. When I login it says "in progress".. its an engraved pen.. maybe they're onto me?

      You should get an order confirmation. The tax receipt doesnt come until they ship your order (or around that time)

        Yes it did. Vistaprint used to be banned on here, and as soon as it was allowed again they got OzBargained big time on their free promo items! Subsequently any orders placed after May 5th that hadn't been processed just remained as in progress and never sent!!! You also used to be able to use a code over and over on your account to keep getting stuff, but they stopped that too!!!

          Actually, looking back I noticed some orders that were listed as 'Partial Shipping!, and when you look at the order details it does come up as 'Item Status: Cancelled' next to each item!!! Sorry to say boys and girls!

    Funny thing is, its the first one that i spent most time on, was cheaper (19.99) and it got cancelled . I wouldve thought this would get thru before they noticed but in fact its the one i ordered last night costing 29.99 that went thru and shipped. On the truck in transit .

    All our orders were cancelled.

    They will honour orders that pay for shipping and have them sent out apparently. You would have to contact them. They also stated they did not have to email or contact anyone in regards to order as they are in their right to cancel any they wish that do not meet their condititons. They also said it was an error on the site and shipping should not have been free. Apparently another apology coupon is being sent out.

      Not sure why you think it's BS? The code works, and it actually gives you 'at least' $30 off the total cart cost before shipping! That's a genuine saving in anyone's language! Try and get another company to custom print a banner inc shipping for under $10… Or a few custom stitched stockings, or a mug and cards or pens, etc.
      Yeah it sucks that it happened, but you can't seriously blame VP for cancelling our orders where we were to pay nothing at all.
