Site is having a few glitches with the submission button on payment and maintence so keep trying.
I had a transaction fail and tried again and have 2 payments pending on my banking account so be sure to keep an eye on your transactions if you can view them.

I bought tickets for a friend and got the pdf no issues.
I purchased 2 tickets to a different movie myself which I did have issues with and the one that went through twice. Tickets not sent to my email. Payment went through twice.

You can purchase tickets in-store it seems.
Reading Cinemas Mandurah Tickets are currently being sold over the counter at the cinema. We will let you know when the website is back up and running.

I would check with your cinema though.

TRANSACTION ERROR REFUND.
Contacted my local cinema and they have put in a request to their accounts manager to refund me. I can purchase new tickets over the counter. My session has only sold 6 tickets so that's no issue. If there is an error you will need to contact them to organise a refund.

      Had this issue a few times myself and had to try a few times. Then it went through twice so just be careful if buying in bulk.

    Managed to book tickets for Auburn NSW. Gold Lounge tickets are $5 + $1.50 booking fee each.

    Lots of refreshing was required to finalise the booking. Credit card has been charged, but no confirmation email yet.

    Its fixed :(… At ticket selection it has shown $1 ticket and when submitting cc details in hurry didnt noticed they changed cost to $10… lost 46 bucks for 4 tickets for a movie I have no interest to see …

          Ring up that cinema. Screenshot the payment is $1 still. Regardless their site is having issues. They should fix it for you.

      Lucky! I am too far from the gold class one. Tickets are $37.50 before booking fee per ticket for gold class so bargain!

          I just called Reading Cinemas Belmont to clarify. and was advised that there are absolutely NO drinks and NO popcorn included with the Gold Class ticket prices anymore.

    Bought tix via mobile and some reason the confirmation screen disappeared before I chose how to collect my tix or write the confirmation number down.

    Can someone let me know what the options are and if I needed to write down that confirmation number to collect it or my mobile number would suffice?

      You need to provide either the Booking Confirmation ID or Your mobile number when u collect your tickets

      I would ring and make sure your tickets did go through by giving them your mobile number. I provided mine and payment went through but when I rang up my mobile didn't show any bookings. If you got an email sent with a pdf of the tickets you should be good. If not contact the cinema to be sure.

        Seems to be a glitch in their automatic emailing of the e-tickets

        I had to enter a email address to get my e-tickets emailed to me (Mobile Browser confirmation page gives you that option, not sure of desktop browser)

          Mandurah reading contacted someone called Alana who is the account manager over east. Who won't be in until Monday. I asked how many tickets were left and they were able to tell me. If they are going to sell out. I would contact them and purchase 2 more and request a refund on the others. Be sure to email them as well incase they say you did not contact them and simply missed the session.

The French guy on the phone did say if we got double charged, we can get refunded at the candy bar but I will give them a call tomorrow to confirm. I received an instant email for this lot of tix though. STRANGE!?!?! Maybe they fixed the issue of their automatic emails now.

    I don't know why more cinemas don't do this for movies that have been out for say 2+ weeks.
    You could sell them at the door 15m before the start for <$5 and fill a few more seats.
    If people could see a movie for cheap they would and probably also by a drink and overpriced popcorn as well.
    It's not like they have to do anything as the seats are there.

    My local independent does $5 movies once they have been out for a while.

      No one would pay full price for a ticket if they knew it was going to be cheaper just before open. It would create a queue of tight @sses at the door, and no doubt some of them would end up missing out.

      Just reduce ticket prices to $6 to $8, like in the US. Then I'd go twice a week.

        Who turns up to a movie more than 15 minutes before it starts?
        I guess I am lucky with my local cinema.
        5 minute drive. I arrive at the scheduled time it starts, get my tickets and slurpie and usually catch the last half of the spoilers.
