I have been a silent watcher here for a while! Thought its high time I gave something back.

I bought these tops for $50 last week online with shipping of $5.50, but they have got an other $15 off. They are the cheapest I have found on a Skins compression gear! I have personally owned one for over 2 years now, and this is a pretty damn good deal.

Just got back from the store. The rep was a bit grumpy and was not interested in refunding me the $15. Ended up doing it finally. On second thought, I'm thinking of getting an other one

    I just rang up the nearby store, and they have agreed to give me a credit back of $15. I believe the advertised price of $50 is a typo error as this retails for $149. I would probably get you guys to get this before they change the price on the site.

    Also the store rep mentioned that they have 30% off all compression gear. Not sure how long this deal lasts.

    Oh I just re-read. So they sold it for $50 before… maybe it's a clearance rather than a price error.

      When I ordered mine last week, it was advertised as $50, and they charged me $5.50 for shipping. All up, $55. When I did get the box today, it had a $100 price tag on em tho!

      to be honest, they are the top of the range. So I wonder why they would be on clearance. Either way, its a bargain deal! almost 1/5th of the retail price :D

      The store rep mentioned they have 30% off, so I am assuming its online and instore as well. I am not sure how much it retails for in store. In the box I received, it had a price tag of $100 on it.

        Just back from my local store. They have 30% off on all compressions. But my local store doesnt have this Coldblack one. I'm not sure if it is $50 instore. Guess it is a price error.

    The benefit of this is to make sun reflect better off a black surface? Why not wear a white t-shirt? What am I missing?

          I did a test once, I wore only one side of my long compression pants after a long ride.

          The next morning there was a noticeable difference between the two legs. But I haven't repeated it several times yet, for confirmation.

      You made a good point sir.

      This coldblack fabric was supposed to keep you cooler during sun exposure. I think the technology was suposed to make you feel cooler while wearing darker colours. To keep cooler, nothing beats a white t-shirt.

    Grabbed one - hoping also a good long sleeve option for running in the colder months without having to go layers.

    Either way, $40 delivered for a rrp $150 top is a nice buy.

    Hopefully the tops run to standard sizes - chose medium

    I think Coldblack is their summer range, they focus on thermal at this of year. I get too hot while working out even in winter. Great deal thanks OP.

      Spot on - I just wanted something with long sleeves that wicks away moisture so I can run in winter with something that deflects the wind a tad.

    Bought one, but don't have high hope that it'll be delivered. Rebel sport is probably THE WORST store i've had to deal with for online items. Had a lot of issues in the last couple of weeks with buying a soccer jersey and jacket off them.

    Mid city in Sydney is sold out. The difference I noticed between the sizes is the tightness of the top under the armpits .

    Bought a small using one of the Rebel gift cards too… 52c, absolute steal.

    I think I'm a small… I'm 178 tall and weigh 65kg. Roughly 85cm around the waist so according to the size chart a small is for me… Hoping it's a good fit and not too tight considering most shirts I buy are medium.

      Sizing is based on chest circumference for these (not waist). Looks like small is 86cm to 94cm at widest point - as a guide.

      I was fortunate to score a medium - if it ships - before they sold out.

    Took the last S from Mount Druitt, no other sizes available. Instore price is $149.99 less 30% would equate to $105. I needed to show them the online price (from my Iphone) and they used the $35 online price ($50 less 30%) at the counter with manager's approval.

    Came back from Melbourne Central store. The price tag is $149.99 but is still $35 in the system. The register girl was surprise when she scanned the price. Didn't need manager's approval.

    There is still:
    1 x small
    2 x medium
    1 x extra large
    Look for the blue box.

    So yeah, a casual shopper browsing wouldn't know about the price. Thanks ozbargain!

    Mine arrived today by courier. Went for a swim tonight and tried it on when I got home.

    Got the right size but jeepers they are one tight little number! Was warmed up still from my swim and still almost managed to pull a muscle trying to get that sucker off!

    Does make you feel like you're capable of super-human things - probably delirium caused by restricted blood flow!

    Hand washed mine this morning and the dye leaked a lot, which hasn't been much of an issue with my other compression clothing. So don't make the mistake of adding it to a wash with other garments..

      Unfortunately we don't know if or when the stock will be replenished. It appears most sizes have been sold out during the compression sale.

      Although they are not feeder stores to supply stock for online orders, Castle Hill and Parramatta each appear to have one size medium in stock. You would have to contact the stores directly to confirm whether they have them and purchase in store.

      I never received any emails saying it was out of stock, and they didn't reply my email asking about it.

      However I suddenly got a paypal refund a few days ago.
