      Well I also noticed that the system doesn't recognise my details. I got in early with the purchase and a received confirmation email.

      When trying to log in, I get a "Your login details were not recognised" message.

      When trying to retrive my password, I get a "Sorry - we don't have a record of your email address" message.

      Hope we get a good outcome.

      That's probably because you're trying to enter your CVC when you should be entering your CCV!

    45mins later… it seems to have worked.
    Gave up on desktop pc, and used iphone. Still slow, but definitely quicker than desktop when both are side-by-side.

    Called Dyson asking for assistance with checkout, was told that if I was calling in regards to the discount then that offer was meant to apply to a specific company and their employees but somebody released it to general public. Was asked where I worked and was told that I could not get the product on discount.

    Surely it is not our issue if they have put out a discount code and hoping all the people it was sent to are going to keep it a secret. They should have had something else in place to prevent anyone from entering it so I believe they should absolutely honour it.

    Does anyone know what the best Dyson is for hard floors? Or is it just a waste to spend the money on one when I haven't got carpet?
