Update: hotelclub will not price match when there is coupon code involved, even though ratestogo is there sister site. I spent long time with their cust service trying to get this done . Their reason being with HC you get member rewards, whereas RTG you don't.

I recommend the sunway Putra in KL as great value. I'd rate it at 4 star and can be had for around $60 or cheaper with breaky. Also ask for upgrade.. We have never been denied and the suites are top notch.

assuming that that email is from tingo then my experience is that they do price match when publicly available discount codes are used, such as those published by competitors via email/facebook/twitter, as well as prices obtained via consolidator click-throughs such as wego

didnt work for any of the placed i tried…… you guys are luck.
I find visa hotelclub generally cheaper for the hotels I book.(typically cheaper than membership HC).
Although I did just find better with venere.
I suppose it is always best to search for better using an aggregate site such as kayak to make sure a code/special really is the cheapest.
