  • Any reviews on the Seiki TVs?

    • The 65" sounds great for the money

      http://www.amazon.com/Seiki-SE65UY04-65-Inch-Ultra-Model/dp/…

the top review by "Wayne" even tests the 120hz mode@1080p for gaming

      • +1

        That's not this TV - that's the 4K version.

      • oops - looks like Wayne reviewed the 50" model

      • the top review by "Wayne"

Have you read the review by "Albert" ?, he sounds much more credible…

Also, "Lynn Kasel Jr." had significant problems using this 65" display as a computer monitor !!!

        • +2

What were Lynn Kasel Jr's problems? Blinded vision from sitting too close to a 65" display 8hrs a day? :)

        • @Click_It:

"The picture looks pale unless viewed directly; looks much better when viewing from four feet or more."

Obviously, they were using this 65" monitor within a meter or less…
          That might explain

          "3. Significant eye fatigue."

  • +1

Well that's the first time I've seen a 65" TV under a grand!!

  • the 55 inch should be cheaper, $599 less 15% plus shipping is only $514 at their ebay store….

  • +1

Some of these are cheaper to buy from their eBay store using the 15% off code.

    • Edited. Thanks

    • @kamoi, there's already an OB listing for the 55"

      https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/161218

      • Found the 32" at good price too

      • @interfreak

        What's your point?

        • Just pointing out that's there's a posted deal about the 55" here on OB - I'm sorry if you took offense to that :\

        • @interfreak: Not taking offense to anything. Would just like to know why you are pointing that out to me. I don't get it.

        • @kamoi: Because you mentioned it in your post..

  • What does the code SEA1 do?

    • Takes $20 off Seagate 1tb portable

  • May I ask how you ended up with SEIKI 65" (165cm) Full HD LCD LED TV $831.92 Delivered?

I ended up getting $899 + $4.95 for shipping using the CELEBRATE15 code.

    • +1

      Look on normal dse site

    • Directly via DSE website, its $831.92 delivered. Has nothing to do with the Ebay 15 code.

      • thank you!

        • Its $999 on their ebay site.. after 15% disc (max $100) it works out more expensive than the dse site!

        • They updated the price in ebay to $831.92, so it' cheaper now if you apply the code http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/251645409374

        • @jominix: Thanks have updated price in title :)

  • Any chance the Boombox is a price error? Seems way too cheap?

    • +2

Nah its a special offer today only, 2 different colours to choose from

      • +1

Yeah can see it says MEGA DEAL. It still just seems awfully cheap - considering only last month some deals for this Boombox were submitted and they were up in the $120 price range - and they didn't include the bonus headphones. Anyway I've ordered and chose to pay after delivery - so we'll see what happens. Thanks for posting the deal :)

        • how do you choose to pay after delivery?

      • How do we select the colour?

        • +1

I put both links for both colours in post

    • Careful with that one, the contents say it includes the Logitech UE4000 ONLY.

      • +1

        Look in overview and specs

      • Yeah I saw that and that made me hesitate, but then it says those headphones can be ordered separately for $29. I'm kinda unsure what to think - but in the checkout it certainly says UE Boombox. If it goes through and I only receive headphones I'll grab a refund.

        • +4

Cheaper postage on eBay and if you're buying other stuff to take your order over $50 you can use the 15% off code as well.

Only the one with purple headphones is listed on their eBay store though.

          http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/261590154086

        • missed out on ebay, one guy broden 30 UEBoombox!

        • Damn it. I took to long to looking for other stuff to take order over $50 and missed out. Shouldn't have said anything until I got one for myself :(

        • @kamoi: Just buy from DSE website, still VERY cheap.

        • @ttkc:
          Temporarily out of stock

  • That's a cheap 32" might get one but really don't need it

  • +2

I just purchased the UE boombox deal. Took some screenshots incase i don't get the speaker. Good deal if i do though!

    • I did the same

  • Any free delivery options?

    • -7

      woah who negged me lol
      haters gonna hate

      • +5

Someone who wants the deal to be honoured not dishonoured due to greediness

        • -6

How do you know I'm not going to give them to friends and family?

        • +4

That's irrelevant. The fact is that people who take advantage of deals make companies far more likely to cancel them. I'm sure most people here could give 5 to family and friends but that's besides the point.

  • Yep I've purchased as well, deal was too good to be missed

  • The ebay store listing clearly says boombox - http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/261590154086
Where as the dse online store appears as thought its only the headphones..
Oh well I brought 3 from the ebay store - see what happens!

    • eBay store seems out of stock.

  • Wow… $93.93 delivered on ebay for 4 with %15 with above link
    Great post, thanks alot

  • Why the heck not.. I'll give it a shot and hope for the best too!

  • Thanks OP, got the Boombox with a couple of other items to take advantage of the eBay discount. Fingers crossed it's not an error.

  • +1

I bought two of the Boombox's to take advantage of eBay's 15%. Too cheap not to.

    • same..

  • That's really fast guys, sold out on ebay!:)

    • Yeah, damn. They sold out while i was adding something else to my cart to take it above $50.

  • +1

someone bought 30 .wth. so selfish

    • Yeah some greedy Person!

      • +2

        Broden back in town?

    • +1

if he can resell them for $99 at some mall on Saturday to mums and dads, he/she will make a killing

  • Still available on DSE. Checkout clearly states Boombox. I doubt they can fill all these presets though.

  • Thanks OP!!!

  • I think its harder for DSE to not honour the ebay purchases as opposed to their store.. thats why i went the ebay way instead.

    • The shipping was also cheaper on ebay, along with being able to use 15% off code if made up to $50.

      • Yeah and mind you… I have used my 3 purchases with 15% off yesterday.. this dse deal was my 4th and the 15% still worked.. dunno how!

  • Out of stock on ebay?

  • Out of stock on DSE

  • +1

Thanks OP too slow to get to EBay but bought UE Boombox and blue headphones off DSE website. Been waiting for a cheap decent wireless speaker for a while now, this was perfect - that's if it isn't an error - but cheers if it's genuine.

  • Was too slow to check out, all gone on DSE

  • +1

Boombox out of stock on DS website now.

    • damn so sad I missed out

  • It's even $187 on US Amazon
    http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-984-000304-Boombox-Wireless-B…

plus the headphones seem to be about the right price. I can't honestly imagine this is for the boombox

  • +1

I missed out by like 30 seconds, too slow to checkout :( I'm so sad now…

  • The 32" SEIKI looks good but whats the real res?

    DSE states: 1280 x 768
Big Brown Box states: 1366 x 1080 (lol)

    I'm assuming its 1366 x 768 … ?

    • appliances online also says 1366 x 1080

      • Odd…

Oh well I'm out anyway, apparently DSE don't deliver to my postcode and being an ONLINE-ONLY offer I can't go and pick one up.

        I'll +1 the deal anyway.

        • God where do you live.

        • @TRENT86:

I'm in a suburb outside of Wodonga VIC. (3691)
10 minute drive to DSE Albury NSW.

Yeah even a friend in the middle of nowhere, 1 hour down a dirt road gets deliveries so I dunno what's wrong with my postcode

  • Grabbed the 24" Seiki as it's full HD. Never heard of this brand, see how it goes.

    • Come let us know in formus what it's like once you try it out :)

  • +1

Received the invoice for the UE Boombox, includes the BoomBox and the Headphones

    • The deal is no different to the sudden $19.98 Games. I think DSE is just doing some really good deals l8ly :)

    • Did you buy from the DSE website or eBay?
Still waiting on email invoice here.

      • I bought from the site

        • Ebay invoice arrived. Paid with paypal just in case not honored.

    • Not sure if it does… its a PAC code (which is just a generic bundle)…. consisting of just the headphones…. but here's hoping

      • the invoice

        • C 7625PAC3 Logitech UE Wireless BoomBox 1 0 1 26.430 26.43
          Consisting of following items:
        • A 5082 LOGITECH UE4000 Headphones Wht 1 0 1
        • FRE Freight / Post and Packing 1 0 1 9.950 9.95
        • It clearly says that the package contains just the headphone

        • @UglyPanda: The invoice said The BoomBox and the Headphone, so we'll see when I receive the package.

        • @noobkiller69: Fingers crossed.

        • surely there is a Rep around here in ozbargain.. can the Rep confirm?

  • Got the invoice too, so fingers crossed now I will see the boombox in the box, not just the headphone :)

    • you never know.. you may get dick smith gift cards on the mail.. that's what happened to my last logitech keyboard case order

  • they had this for $239 less the $10 promo…now its much cheaper with the 15% discounT…

    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/like/251564949858?limghlpsr=true&…

  • Looks like the boom box with headphones back in stock on DSE ebay store again.
