    These are fine to use with phones where you remove the back cover and battery to slide the sim into a holder, but beware of phone's or camera's where you have to push the sim into a slot - these adapters add width to the sim, so if it feels tight pushing in, don't do it or it'll be too tight to spring out and might need surgery.
    There are other picture frame type adapters with corner supports where the sim sits more flush.

      To avoid the SIM card slip into your mobile card slot, please paste a bit of thin double-side tape on the back of your SIM card, and then put it into SIM adapter, thus you can take it out easily.

      Do not pull hard if the SIM card failed being taken our from card slot smoothly. Use tweezers flatten the SIM card and take it out carefully, or the contact point of card slot and SIM card may be damaged.

      Do not insert an empty SIM adapter into your mobile, in case it may stuck inside your device.

      So true. I left the empty adaptor inside my Nokia 920 and wrecked the sim metal contact when I tried to eject the sim tray. Now I can't use my Nokia as a phone and am forced to use my tiny iPhone 5s.

        yep, I destroyed a tablet with a sim card adaptor, they tend to get jammed coming back out then your in big trouble if they snap. Not sure about this particular brand (noosy) but I'd suspect they are all made in a similar way (i.e. a little too thick and sim isn't firmwarely held in place.)

        I hope that's not the case for these ones.

    I just managed to order one about 10 minutes ago, paid AUD$0.02 in PayPal even though I selected AUD$ on their website. Then I ordered one of those android headphone jack button thingy with the GBSMR code and paid $0.45 for that. The code shows on the banner from their homepage.

    I hope this actually arrives. I had my order from 28mobile refunded as they never posted the adapters. And I actually want these; I'm not just ordering because they're cheap.     A word of warning. Be very careful using these in phones/tablets that have a prong style sim reader where the gold pins stick out from only one side. When removing, the discontinuity between the sim and adaptor can catch onto the pin and bend it out of alignment/break the pin. Those devices that have the sim reader soldered to the board are a real pain to repair.
    The most commonly broken ones are:
    BlackBerry Z10/Q10
    Samsung Galaxy S3/S4/Tab
    Various Nokia models
    If you're not using the sim in multiple devices, it is best to get the proper sim replacement from your provider.

        Moto G sim slot has pins like this. Will most likely get caught unless you slip the ejection pin (incl. with this set) between the sim to hold the pins flat while you are removing the sim.

        Why can't all sim slots use this 'ball bearing' type like in the Moto Defy.

      I bought a Samsung S3 which uses micro sims, so cut down the full size sim, phone didn't work, (turned out to be locked - thanks very much KOGAN) so I put AN EMPTY MICRO SIM ADAPTER into the phone to see exactly where it ended compared to my cut down one. Looked ok, when I pulled out the empty adapter I bent a tiny pin from the sim reader, the pin ended up sticking out, I pushed it back and luckily the phone works. Don't put empty adapters in your phone. Also if your sim adapter has a gap when your sim is in it, you may have the same problem as stated above.
