UPDATE As pointed out by Vermin 76, The Good Guys have the pricing on the Tab S Wi-fi models reduced on BOTH their Ebay site and their website. Their website advises the prices are current until the 1st December, so hold off on buying until you see what they do with the pricing of the Tabs as part of the 20% off Ebay sale this Sunday.

The Good Guys Ebay store have dropped the pricing on the Wi-Fi versions of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablets overnight. The prices are cheaper then buying a grey import from overseas and you can pick-up in store for free, but don't do that - head to Office Works and get them to beat the price by a further 5%

I've been keeping an eye on the pricing for the Tab S 10.5 16GB Wi-Fi in the lead up to the 20% off select Ebay stores this weekend (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/170606). It will go nicely with the Tab S 8.4 I purchased recently. The price dropped overnight from $547 to $459.

Now to decide whether or not to buy now or wait until Sunday, given there's a good chance the pricing will go up before the 20% off sale starts.

    Not too sure if this price drop is in response to JB 15% off Samsung tablets sale, which ends Monday. If the prices do stay low for at least Sunday the 20% would be great!

    Damn. Was considering getting one of these tabs. Family member complaining that their Asus TF300T was becoming slow, flashed a custom rom which made it mostly better. Though the tab is still showing it's age. If these are included in the 20% off sale will get one 100%.

          There's nothing a buyer can do on eBay or PayPal to force a seller to sell if they choose not to physically give you your goods. You can give them negative feedback though which of course doesn't really help you.

    Not know much about Samsung, I purchased the wrong tablet Galaxy Tab 4 instead of the S.

    Look, good luck to you all if for some bizarre reason they decide to honour the $79 purchases.

    That being said, if they don't honour them and then they also don't readjust the stock levels come Sunday and people (people meaning me, mostly) miss out, well then I hope you stub your toe on something really hard.

        The website it up, just tell the staff member at OW to go to the Good Guys site, no questions asked. OW have it listed at $478 for the white. If you want the bronze, its only available via their website in which you'll need to call to organise the Price Match and pay via CC over the phone.

    Just went to price beat at OW, they have now adjusted their prices on the website overnight to match the good guys, even thought the ticket in-store was still showing the old price they still wouldn't match it, even the sales person thought it was dodgy on their part! Still a good deal though, I was on the lookout for a new tab, thanks OP!

      Glad I got mine price matched at OW last night. Although at first the guy at the counter said to me they don't price match Samsung products as the system won't allow them. Had to get the manager to check and in the end when they realised the competitor was The Good Guys they agreed to do it.
