I just tried it on a LG G4 and it brought the price down to AU $601.03 delivered (if people need a deal):

Easiest way I found was to search for the item on ebay.com.au then when you're on the item page, change the address to ebay.co.uk and follow on with that.

edit: turns out you can use it from the ebay.com.au site as well, thanks st33p!
Discount capped to around $98AUD in that case, based on a poor conversion rate.

      Everytime ebay have a percentage off discount this is claimed over and over again but you have not been charged the full amount! Check your paypal account for further details or check the receipt for payment.

        Paypal email and account both say charged full amount. Just tried applying discount on pc and it doesn't work. Have taken screenshot on my mobile of the discount applied and will contact ebay and see what happens.

          Check the funding in your PayPal transaction and your email which will show the saving. EBay won't help you as the code was intended for use in the UK and contacting eBay will only reduce the number of these promotions that eBay run.
