One of these came in my "computer toolkit" i got for a present a while ago. The blade isn't great and the one on mine no longer stays in the pen.

I have a very similar one from kmart even with the 5 replacement blades. To tighten the blade, you actually have to screw the top part of the handle to tighten the grip on blade.
Doesn't screw for me. I don't know what happened to it.

If you do leather work these types of scalpels are terrible. but for paper ect not a bad buy.
