CashRewards and PricePal do not have a rebate for this ATM.

Very awful experience last time, only ordered one pack, telstra stopped delivery and cancelled the order without any good reason, took a month many many calls even lodged complaint to get refund.

Exactly the same for me… except I am still waiting for my refund.

      • The complain handling person is even funny, she didn't do any homework to find what happen but called me and saying she worked in the bank before, and it could be the bank hold up the $15, so asked me to be patient. WTF!!! I explained a month passed already, my credit card statement showed a successful transaction and you telstra did get the money! Then she passed me to online shop CSR. What kind of idiot person telstra employed! Hopeless.

Ordered one pack as well. Waited for 2 weeks, called Telstra and they said my order was cancelled and if i wanted to process the order, i had to give them my id, and my employment details too. I just gave up. i think they didn't want to honour the deal so they made it so hard for some people to get it.

        • @hihi: same to me, not worth a hassle. The thing I am not happy with is there are a lot ppl ordered multiple packs without any issue, but we ordered only one caught up. The reason telstra gave me is my order looks suspicious as I have 3 numbers sitting in my account. Well who is more suspicious? The person ordered multiple or only one? And there is no communication saying my order is cancelled. You have to call them a number of times to get refund.

      LOL same experience.

  • Anyone used these before and gotten on the 40 prepaid option? Ie. Topped up another $10 somehow?

    • Not possible AFAIK

      • OK cool, cheers for the info!

    Just don't order more than 3 :)

    • Isn't it 5?

    • NAH, if it goes through, 10 will go through, if it doesn't then one single order won't go through unless you are willing to go to their store a few times, each time bringing in addtional paper to prove you ID.

They didn't ship my item, then I had to call them up to find out where it was. The call centre person said I would need to go to a telstra shop to give additional id including employment details (for a prepaid service? errrr) so I asked for a refund and I am still waiting for my money back for over a week!!

  • Same here, multiple phone calls and they keep telling me something different. One of them told me I have 4 active numbers in my account and said if I really want, I can visit telstra shop and get multiple prepaid starter kits and activate it later, I then ask what is the different? he replied online and retail …. ><! Refund pls !

  • I'm still waiting for a refund for 2 orders from 2 months ago.. just called Telstra to chase up again and at the end of the 20 minute call, finally they told me my order number is not in their system and they can't give me a refund, and told me I'd have to goto a Telstra store to sort it out.. not happy lol
