  2. Use add to cart function and then pay for all items together, use add to cart function now to prep your items before they sell out
  3. You will max out your discount if you purchase above $666, better to use several purchases if you are over $666
  4. You cannot mix currencies in checkout
  5. Will not work with other coupons or gift cards
  6. Does work on already reduced prices
  7. Will work on international items as long as paid for at ebay.com.au (AU site)
  8. Always remember to use Cash Rewards

        • @Lastronin: Awesome! We've both got new i7's on the way! Enjoy

  • Is this only for buy it now items or does it work with bidding items that end during the promotion too?

    Cheers

Check out point 10 in the description at the top.

Thanks! Don't know how I missed that lol!

  • I have a table lamp on my watch list that I'm keen to buy but the listing says seller is away until 2nd Oct. I need to get a final invoice from them to include postage costs. If I go ahead and commit to purchase but wait till final invoice comes do I still get the 15% off (will go through cash rewards too of course).

    • +2

Nope, you have to complete payment while the offer is on, unfortunately.

Thanks OP - going to buy this magic wand:

    • +2

It takes a day or two.

      • even for pending rewards?

        • +4

Yup! Then it'll take maybe 45 days for it to clear.

  • -8

Does this code still work on the woolworths vouchers? All I see is "This coupon isn't eligible to use on at least one item in your order".

  • GoPro Hero 4 silver or black ?

    • +4

      Total cart :)

      Source: My last order.

    • When buying different items in the same cart from multiple sellers take up more than one coupon usage?

      • +1

Nope. Two transactions. 10 items per transaction.

Just bought a "Sigma 50mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art" for my Canon SLR $778 ($758.55 with Cashrewards) cheapest I had seen anywhere I would consider buying it from was $915.
Also bought a Motorola MBP36S baby monitor for $179 ($174.52 with cashrewards), $280-330 normally, eglobal had it for $187 with free shipping this weekend.

Both items I was planning to buy anyway, so this sale was a good result!

    • Hi conan2000 - do you mind telling me where you bought the lens from? I want one as well!

      • Auscamsales - http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Sigma-50mm-f-1-4-DG-HSM-Art-Serie… that was the link to the Canon variant, if you use Nikon/Sony they appear to have those as well, would hurry though, looks like there's only 1/2 left for the Canon and Nikon at least.

Never used the store before, but it is based in NSW, and says no Grey imports.

        • Do they sell the front half or the back half?
          :)

          @eug:

Someone gave you a negative, I evened it out with a + because I thought it was pretty funny. ;)

  • Does anyone know if the code can applied if you use best offer to make the purchase?

  • -7

Anyone here got any ideas to buy to make a profit out of this 15%?

    • +6

      get a frikkin job

      • I agree with Wazza. You'll save 15% off, but when you sell it you're going to pay 15% ebay/paypal fees. You'll actually lose money. So good luck with that.

    • +1

Invest in nail guns and tinned food and wait for the zombie apocalypse.

    • not possible, 15% is ebay + paypal fees already, then there is shipping as well.

  • +2

Picked up an Essteele 4 Piece Set for $222 - not exactly cheap, but my parents have had their set for 30 years and that is an amazing price for my first kitchen.

    • These are great pots, nice and heavy and they clean up well.

    • +1

Just giving you a +1 for looking out for the family ;)

    • Its an amazing cookware for men (they are that heavy)!

      • Glass lids is where it's at these days. For domestic purposes at least.

Anyone know any good mechanical keyboard for office? don't need the backlit light

    • Are you going for typing pleasure or noise control? If noise control do not pick blue but from my own experience, blue gives you that tactile feedback (if that even makes sense). Ducky make good keyboards :)

      • I do a lot of typing at work, just want something with good feel and feedback

    • I'm looking for one too, with back lighting and under $100. Haven't found any as yet

    • +1

I've reviewed lots of mechanical keyboards (gaming and non-gaming). I love my Matias Quiet Pro mechanical keyboard, using it in the office at the moment. It's a bit quieter than CherryMX Black/Brown keys

  • Two transactions per customer? as in per paypal account or per ebay account because i have multiple ebay account.

    • That's a good question. Also wondering the same thing.

I'm guessing it's per eBay account because you type in the code during eBay checkout.

    • it's per paypal account.

    • +1

Be aware that eBay and PayPal accounts must be registered under the same email address —- as per clause 11 of the T&Cs:

"11. Your eBay.com.au and PayPal accounts must be active at the time of redemption (not suspended nor made inactive by eBay or PayPal) and be registered under the same email address."

      • How anal is ebay about this? I paid for a HDFury 4 with my PayPal email differing from my eBay email and I checked to see in PayPal checkout that I still got the 15% discount. Could anything dodgy happen down the track?

        • +1

If they're going to enforce this, I'd expect they'd do it at the payment stage and issue a warning about payment account not qualifying for discount.

Check your PayPal summary to make sure they haven't charged you an extra amount equivalent to the discount. If they haven't, then you may be OK.

        • @1bug:

It's interesting, when I checked out I got no such warning and PayPal said the discounted price (-$10 to my credit card due to my PayPal balance.)

When I check the PayPal summary on my mobile it says $449, but on the desktop website it says $449 total paid with $10 PayPal balance, $67 #CLICK15, and $371 VISA. So I will check my VISA statement to see how much I was charged, but when I initially saw that $449 I thought of what you said and flipped.

The main thing I'm worried about is later on if eBay decides to do something dodgy.

        • @minMaxRNG:

Same here, the transaction hasn't appeared on my CC yet although the available balance on my CC suggests that the reduced amount has been paid to paypal for my transaction. So it looks like the discount works even if your login addresses are different.

I will have to update my email address with ebay to ensure the 2 align in future.

  • is anyone having trouble paying with Paypal - mine is not processing

    • Yes me too. Just keeps saying "Logging In" when I enter Paypal password etc but never gets through. Damn frustrating. Anyone have a solution???

      • Do you have an Ad Blocker turned on? Sometimes this affects the browser. I switch it off when transacting and issues resolve immediately.

      • got in !

    • UPDATE: I was just successful using Internet explorer rather than Chrome.

    • I was unable to get in until I logged in on another browser and disabled my security token. After that it let me login and complete the purchase. Had that a few times in the past weeks.

  • Anyone found any good NAS available? I need one, but I don't know which one to get? Low power consumption, gigabit connection, multiple drive bays, built in FTP and DNLA server needed.

        Or QNAP.

  • +1

Guys - even though it is only two transactions per customer, be aware that the code will appear to work for the 3rd transaction and possibly more - but after you've paid for the 3rd transaction, it will be at the full price.

I just made the mistake after not reading the details properly (I had misread and thought it was 3 transactions per customer).

    • -7

      You got greedy..

      • +1

How is misreading the details of a deal deemed to be greedy?

        • +1

Agreed, especially after someone initially commented that it was three transactions, not two.

  • swweeeettt, got me an iphone

More like it some people are so insecure that they feel the need to put down people they've never met over their choice of mobile phone.

  • If I load stuff in my cart then come back another day and checkout via cashrewards do I get the cashback or do I need to add it to the cart after clicking via cashrewards?

    • +2

      From Special Terms http://www.cashrewards.com.au/ebay-australia :
"Do NOT add products to the ebay wishlist and purchase/bid over 24 hours later - will result in you not earning Rewards."

Best to add it after CR checkout I would say, just to be on the safe side even if 24 hrs hasn't passed.

  • +1

Well Lego Dimensions is up on eBay Big W store now, but full RRP rather than the $119 they are selling it for in store so no deal there… With a bit of luck Target will get it up for $119 before this deal expires.

    • +2

Look like it's up now on ebay Target store with the $119 price.

      • Cheers.

  • Any recommendations for a mechanical keyboard under $100 with back lighting?
Don't need macros, different lighting effects or multi coloured LEDS.
My 1.5 hours of searching hasn't been successful yet…

  • Now I'm juggling between waiting for voucher or use this discount.. The $50 voucher only valid for the month of Oct yes?
