Looks like the same sort of junk you buy off eBay for $1.

  • Junk. Cheaper on fleabay/aliExpress anyway

header should be $5 per item $0 shipping

    • +2

grabbed the last 1TB 850 evo and gtx 980 ti, thanks OP. worth the $10

    • +2
    • Pretty crappy they charged you for each item. For $5 would have been worth it.

the phone earbuds/earpods are pure shit. As above, as bad or worse than $1 things from ebay

    • Not comparable to the $3 ones off ebay?
The ones i get are half decent, when i say half decent i mean i can hear with them and talk with the handsfree. Not taking sound quality into account.

      • they work - you can hear the caller and they can hear you, im talking more about the sound quality of music. Its rubbush

    • ah you remind me of the $10/15 headphone i bought from kogan. arrive, tried 5 seconds, then went to rubbish bin!
this has rrp of $59 i think. what a nightmare

    Kogan for Bogan, not OzBargon.

I made the mistake of buying two of Kogan's "mystery item" for $3 a couple of weeks back. Both were el cheapo earbuds. Won't fall for that one again…

    • +13

Ditto. So much for the "audiophiles will be impressed". Should have been "audiophiles will be tempted to shit in a bag and mail it to you"

      • +1

        LOL! I don't understand why you don't have a million upvotes for this comment! :-) :-) :-)

    • Yeah! same here…

  • Conditioner and toothpaste has been sold out already before you listed. No point listing these ones.

That SD card is nasty. Have one - stay away.

      • Really? I just bought one though :'(

So what's so bad about it?

        • +2

i bought micro sd while back, used it on my mobile. after few months failed and i lost all my photos during overseas trip. reported to kogan, they sent new replacement free. but now im afraid to use it.

          you have been warned.

        • @erwinsie:

Cheers, I'll be careful when using the card

    • +1

That SD card is probably a fake. You know one of those ones which are really say a 1GB SD hacked to pretend that it's a 16GB SD. You'll lose a lot of data.

      • I suppose that could be the case, I'll find out when I get the card then, thanks for letting me know :)

      • no no. kogan dont sell fake stuffs, but real cheap ones! they put their brand on some cheap Chinese manufacturer.

        • Haha, true, though I don't think this sd card is even branded

        • @tonyhsu: it HAS brand. the brand is KOGAN

  • Them retro watches can be had for less than $2 ea

Can't believe it's $5 per item. LOL. This crap will never sell.

Possibly this one item - dunno: https://www.kogan.com/au/buy/certa-13-piece-hss-metric-drill…

    • I"m pretty sure those drill bits are made from cheese! :-)

      • Can cheese get rust after 0 use? These can!

  • +1

At last, I've been waiting for a deal on "Bee Keeping for Dummies" - thanks OP!

  • Who on earth would want a 5 pack of retro watches?

    • chrissie pressie?

  • Has anyone bought this before:
    https://www.kogan.com/au/buy/usb-stylus-pen-8gb-black/

Seems rather cool, as long as I get an '8GB' usb and a working pen I would be happy.

    • Got the DSE equivalent. Garbage. Slow.

  • Anyone used the ipad keyboards before? Perhaps $10 possibly seems almost worth a gamble maybe

    • I posted a deal here before: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/209089

But there was no comments so it's probably no help.

      • Ha yeh no real insight there….guess u didnt get one ? Cheers

        • I bought something similar from belkin. I never used it. It was as fiddly as the virtual keyboard on the iPad. Keys aren't comfortable and the access was clumsy. I took it off early on and never put it back on,

    • I've used/own one… what do you want to know?

      • Just your thoughts really…are they functional? Longevity? Build quality? Cheers

        • +2

ok….first thing, the model I have is this: https://www.kogan.com/au/buy/aluminium-case-bluetooth-keyboa…

The keyboard syncs with all of the devices I have (Linux HTPC, IPAD, Windows Desktop, Android Box, Tablet and phone.)

It's clicks, but not very loud. The buttons are comfortable to type on, but not extremely springy(not like my rapoo e6300).

Haven't had to go out of my way to charge it, so I can't comment on battery life sorry guys.

Build quality in general is pretty cheap and the top half is hard to tell that's it plastic or aluminum(bottom is definitely tho.)

Can't really think of much else to say minus the fact I'm typing on it now…:)

  • The "Micro USB to USB Cable (1m)" is absolute garbage. Not even worth it for free, as it doesn't even conform to USB spec and it's so flimsy it could actually break your USB port and cost you hundreds in repairs.

Kogan sent me one for free some time last year and when I test it with my USB current tester, it can only handle 380mA of current, not even 500mA which is USB 1.0 spec! If you try to charge a smartphone such as a Samsung Galaxy while it's turned on, it will actually drain the battery faster than it charges.

    Stay away!

    • Yep total garbage. I got 10 from eBay in their $1 sales….

  • +1

So Kogan want you to paid them $5 to take their rubbish. No thanks.

  • LOL @ this vs. this

  • $5 for all they can jam in a sachet maybe, but $5 a piece, I laughed.

  • I bought the boat haha.
