  • TPG, unlimited is $60.

that's for 12/1 - pretty sure reps plan is 25/5

      • The double data example for this is on a 25/5 service

    • tPG rips you off with their $99 set up charge add that as well

  • -1

I find it hard to see a bargain in this. Optus has better offers for the same price, so does TPG and so does Telstra.

Care to list a better deal?

  • +1

Rep needs to mention line speed on the title otherwise it sound poor value.

    • Thanks, I will look at having this updated

  • "we are now going to be available nationwide very soon!"

How soon? I called to join yesterday and found they didn't do WA.

    • Hi Korda, were you still able to do an expression of interest? We are due to to be going Australia wide by the end of 2015

      • Nah, I just called ABB sales yesterday to ask some questions, the first question was is it available in my area. Didn't bother asking any more questions after that.

        edit: 6SPT-06

        • Sorry about that mate, it was only made public to our sales team today, I would suggest if you're interested you can either PM myself as I am happy to help or submit an expression of interest

    • Feel free to PM me and I can look into this further for you also

      • Check a date for 6330.

Only options at the moment are Telstra and iinet.

Its also almost end of 2015…….good luck with that statement.

        • Hi Albanyson, depending on where you live in Albany, it will either be fixed wireless or FTTN I can't confirm without exact address unfortunately.

        • @Aussiebroadband:

          Apparently 2017 now……

Australia wide by end of 2015??
          Good luck with that statement.

        • @albanyson: We will be servicing by the end of 2015, whether or not your address is available for NBN is also a factor

  • TPG 25/5 unlimited is $80 a month and includes phone line ($10 extra on aussiebroadband plans).

Why would anyone who requires 1TB for 6 months all of a sudden only need 500GB for the last 18 months of a contract?

To me this type of deal is just dumb.

    • Hi Bellpop, this is a promotion we are running on all of our NBN plans, the 500gb was just an example, for which you may only require 500gb but we are doubling said data for the first 6 months.

    • Why would you use more now and less later?

You want to update your existing collection of Linux ISO's to 1080p or even 4k.

  • My house will have FTTN in the new year, rep do you know whether we can expect the plans to be the sane as FTTP?

    • Hi Coxymla, I have been told at this stage by management that our FTTN plans will remain the same as the current fibre plans listed on our website

  • As do AusBBS $69.85 unlimited and DevotedNBN $66.95. Yes I know they have their catches but can do more than a TB each month with no issues Might need to do some more homework.

Also when I go to the site it brings up the popup window asking if I want updates. even when I click on the no thanks it wont go away

AussieBB (at least their business arm) is one of the easiest ISP's I've ever worked with. Excellent support.

    • Thanks for the feedback XeKToReX, glad to hear we have been able to help you :)

  • Hi op, do you guys do Opticomm as well?

    • Hi Chrismor, unfortunately we won't be able to do Opticomm at this stage

      • bummer…thanks for your reply though

  • i thought the criteria is more than 10.
has the Government rolled out NBN to more than 10 yet?
    ;)

    • I'm sorry, more than 10, can you please explain this further?

      • just a dig at the Liberal mess of the NBN or as they call it Fraudband

  • does this also apply to 100/40 plans ?

    • Hi Droodle, correct this does apply to 100/40 also

      • great .. now if you you could just be a bit more competitive .. i'm ready to connect .. NBN box live outside to house just need a decent provider.

  • I think you should look at doing some better pricing.
you have exactly zero plans for people that only want the 12/1 speed and to get even 250gb on the next tier is $70 which is very bad considering im on NBN 12/1 on tpg unlimited for $60

Also while this may be a bargain when you consider you standard plans here on ozbargain bargains for the same item or here service are compared against all stores or competitors.

I like the no unlimited but you should at least offer higher gb's as for example 250gb that's only about 5 PC games downloaded and it's gone.

This is why you are not getting many +'s and/or interest.

    • Hi holden93, I definitely will take on your feedback and pass it on for further consideration by higher management

  • Have anything ADSL2+ for those behind a RIM, line and data package? I currently get 100GB, calls to local land lines and line rental for $65/month, or $60/month if I go on a 12 month contract.

  • It is the end of 2015 and Australia is still using Data meter

    • +1

This not going to change when there are no competition. I really wish google roll out their fibre in Australia.

  • Any comments on what performance is like during peak periods? TPG ADSL2 never lagged for me playing Heroes of the Storm in comparison. Netcube NBN 12/1 does lag.
