If your using your phone and going to the mobile app it shows that they are out of stock but if you go to the desktop site then you can select click and collect. Lots of stores have stock… Not so much the Sanyo one though as that is Old stock.
Yep… Some nice folks have purchaced them all to resell on ebay.. This happens all the time.. Its such a joke.. But these items move so fast on ebay its an instant way to double your money

I had a look and they seem to go for ~$54 delivered for the quick charger.
So take away $31.70 item cost (without delivery) and then add the cheapest Aust Post parcel (500g satchel) at $8.25, plus $5.40 eBay fees and $1.70 PayPal = $7.70 "profit" with full risk of being got with fake problems and/or returns.
Doesn't really add up when you look at it.
And you'd be better off winning lotto than having someone buying it off you from eBay with that price
I was talking about the $26 Sanyo with pickup only :).. Lots will pick up and you can also use gumtree
I think there was virtually no stock of those as they are the older and better Japanese ones.
Ozbargain is massive these days and anything on here can directly influences sales, sometimes within minutes. Perhaps there were only 20 units left and they just sold out? Happens all the time.
@King Tightarse: to clarify - which do you think are better - sanyo or panasonic (this is coming from someone who has never bought eneloops - GASP!)

Try the desktop site and use click and collect. Lots of stock of the slow and fast charger.. No stock for the old discontinued Sanyo one.. FYI the sanyo charger is made in china as well but it comes with Japanese eneloops.
What's the difference between these three, is one of them best? I have a Maha C9000 but wanted to get something simpler for the wife to use.
The Quick (smart) chargers are best.. Slow charger reduces lifespan of battteries by often overcharging

There are plenty of the first 2 in stock but you MUST use desktop site and not mobile

Learnt something new, I have the over night charger at home. Gosh I still feel like an Eneloop n00b even though i have so many of the batteries.
If you have been using a "dumb" charger, check your batteries. If they look like they have a darker colour or water-stain appearance at the positive end, the pressure-release has most likely ruptured, and they will lose capacity at an accelerating rate. If you put these batteries into a device, the electrolyte can leak out, and will probably corrode the battery holder's contacts. Not as bad as having an alkaline battery melt down, but not great either.
Managed to snatch a overnight charger, not the best one but the only one avaliable :/. One day I will get the quick charger. Thanks OP!
does any one of those charger can charge 3pcs of battery? instead of 2 or 4
BQ-CC17 does any number, and so I would assume that the BQ-CC18 would too.

dick smith shares just went into a trading halt so they maypossibly be bankrupt/ going into administration.
in which case gift cards may not be honoured etc etc.
so use the cards fast and make sure purchases are made on credit card so u can get a refund if the goods arent sent.
may seem alarmist but its happened elsewhere and gift card holders are unsecured creditors and often get no payout.
This looks like the item I ordered online prior to christmas and was never contacted about by the store I selected click-n-collect from. Went in last friday to get it to be told they don't have stock (shows they have stock but the three items must have been stolen). Was offered the option a) to drive to another store that had stock (45min away or 3 hours were the options - so no) or b) get a refund or c) since it wasn't showing it as end of life they should get a restock in a few weeks I could wait.
Told them I would wait (not urgent but I do want a proper charger). Next day was notified my order was cancelled and refunded …by paypal my payment method - still no notification from the store directly about the order.

Got lucky I think. Went to pick up my overnight charger, saw a fast charger sitting on the shelf. Asked if they could price match their own online price for it.
Fairly sure online was out of stock… So not sure if I took someone's or not (doubt it, because they called me within 30min of ordering my initial one, so they seemed to be on the ball collecting orders)
Kinda bull shit, I ordered this morning before 8 and just got a refund notification. I assume that means they redacted my order.
