thinking to get one but after careful thought that the unit only vibrates and has no shiatsu function , i pass.

    • Got a neck massager like that for xmas. looks same as shiatsu, but does nothing useful

    • I dispute OP's "high quality" assessment.

You could?d build one better than this crap.

      YMMV

LOL :). That's why I like reading the comments sections maybe even more than searching for a good deal. Once in a while you come across a short, to the point phrase that just cracks you up and gives a really good laugh. Especially when a joke is not rude, yet not bland, as saying goes, just right. Still remember and have a laugh at a witty response re "how much" phrase (from ages ago).

FWIW, I actually bought one yesterday. Did a quick research, and came with an attitude that at this price it's an equivalent of two cheap take aways, and if it makes my foot soles feel nice and warm on a daily basis (for a year, given the warranty ?), that's money well spent. To each his/her own.
It's definitely not a massager. Remember 'massage' thongs, which have inside sole surface made from tens of nodules. Imagine they got vibrator stuck in them, that gives you an idea. If you angle this thing properly, you'll get your calves vibrated at the same time.
Using it for a second evening in a row, and quite happy with what I've got for 19 bucks. As long as you don't expect a real massager, go for it, it's lots of fun.
P.S.: if it dies within a month, I'm getting my $19 bucks back (provided HN doesn't go the Dick Smith way :) ).

Thanks OP got one for my grandmothers birthday gift next month.

  • Bargain! - there's a wee spot on the top of my laundry cupboard that I was wondering what to do with.
This will fill it nicely when the novelty wears off in about 4 weeks.

Foot massagers, foot spas, bread makers, BBQ rotisserie attachments (et al)…. today's "bargains" - tomorrow's garage sale fodder.

True that. The garage sale is the intermediate step.

    • Donate to me and I'll put it to good use ;)

    $30 for delivery :(

    • Walk to the store. Purchase. Walk home.

THEN you can soothe you aching feet and calves with your new massager.

      • None in NSW.
It will be a very long walk !
