    What a Service 5 STARS

    Called the Melbourne Airport West Store this Morning , Spoke to Beck, She kindly offered to keep a Gold one aside with my name marked so I can pick it up after work.

    When I reached the store I was greeted by the Store Manager Craig, He made sure everything went on smoothly
    $200 Off trade in for the old nokia phone, $ 200 Off Jbhifi voucher .

    There was a slight wait as there were too many customers.

    Craig noticed that I was waiting patiently for quite some time , As a gesture he also threw in a complimentary genuine Incipio Samsung S6 edge Case for free.

      Experience like this can not be guaranteed in every JBHiFi store. In some store, they see you trading in crappy cheap phone, they started to give you faces like you are stealing!

    Just got mine at Caringbah overhead Hurstville store that there is only 1 left at Caringbah but then only gold is available, I rang the store to ask if they could hold for me said no but when I got there someone was waiting for a green and white being held for them. Rushed in Blinding rain as they won't hold for me despite holding for other people and got no complimentary nothing. Did not trade in garbage like most here did I traded my Galaxy A3 Telstra prepay.

        When I went in last night solely to see if trade in was to be a specific type of handset saw a customer laughing as he took a dumb $4.99 nokia and it was accepted as they were busy heralding the special (this special) no one served me or even bothered to ask me what I wanted. Then I listen as they said to each other (hurstville and customer) Staff: "I got the last one from Caringbah to our store and they only have 1 left and it is Gold" Customer "How lucky am I ?" Staff "yeah there's nothing left" sooo I called Caringbah and they would not hold so I rushed out in blinding rain…I got it, the last one. Caringbah was also holding a Green and White for 1 customer and I believe because the customer was buying 2 and myself just 1. I think if you ring JB 1300 number they may be able to tell you who has it.

        Caringbah told me that they will do Edge + same deal too

      Emails are sent daily with different offers. You will just have to ask someone here if they have one. Then ask them to forward it to your email.

      At the POS they just keyed in the number anyway - didn't scan the barcode I created with the online generator using the generic code from the deal description… makes me wonder why I bothered going to all that trouble! Great deal! The GF will realise gold is better than white before too long… (by the way, no stock of white left)
