Sign up to receive our digital catalogue & weekly deals to receive 2 x $25 store credits in your first 6 weeks. Store credits are issued after your 2nd and 5th catalogues and each require a $50 minimum spend.

Terms

One subscription per customer. To be eligible to receive 2 x $25 Store Credits the customer must opt in before 4th November 2016 to receive digital catalogues and all other marketing material from The Good Guys for a period of no less than 6 weeks. The first $25 Store Credit is earned after the customer receives their 2nd catalogue communication via email. The second $25 Store Credit is earned when the customer receives their 5th catalogue. Each Store Credit requires a minimum purchase of $50. If both Store Credits are used in the same transaction the minimum spend requirement is therefore $100. Customers are free to unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing before the 2nd catalogue forfeits the customer’s claim for any Store Credits. Unsubscribing before the 5th catalogue forfeits the customer’s claim for the final Store Credit. Any Store Credits issued expire in 14 days. All Store Credits are for a single use and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, ITunes cards or agency brands including Miele, Asko, Neff, Jennair, AEG, and Falcon.

          Worth contacting customer support you reckon? I just checked and relieved all my confirmation emails back when signing up. But it's not like I really need to buy anything…

    WARNING: Hi just thought I'd let everyone know - only put the code in if you're going to checkout completely. I put the code in before leaving work but didn't go through the checkout (i.e. submit the order) thinking I'll go home and complete it (I didn't have my CC with me), when I tried putting my order through and entering the promotional code again at home, it's now showing the balance is $0 instead of $25.

    Edit: I sent an email to TGG. Hopefully they can fix the issue

    Don't suppose anyone would like to "lend" me their code so I could use it tonight. Then I will give them my code when I get it next Friday. Can't blame me for trying to think outside the box!

    So although it states $50 spend minimum you don't actually have to, I did click and collect on an item valued at $36 and applied the $25 gift card no problems.

    Desparately trying to buy a sale item that ends today. I'm attempting to use $25 store credit (store credit option). When I try to verify the reCAPTURE form I get the green tick then click on "Update Total" but then I get an error saying "Please click on the reCAPTCHA box". This happens over and over! Have tried using 3 different browsers. Any help would be appreciated.

    Do you have to use a PIN? Do you have to be logged in as a registered user?

    • No you don't have to use a pin. I had the same issue a number of times but got there eventually. If you have an ad blocker on then turn it off. Eventually the I am not a roobt popped up some picture to click on but had to go through it half a dozen times before it went through.

      • Can't even get to the Checkout page at the moment. Have flushed cache/cookies. Still nothing.

        Hey Stuck. Prob the best thing I can suggest is to msg TGG On FB & See if they can help you out, they have been very helpful for me in the past.

        • Already done at 5:45pm today once I realise all the store had just closed. No response as yet.
          Have also sent them an email explaining the glitch and missed opportunities. Hopefully they will resolve quickly and favourably.

    I'm trying to use the $25 voucher that I got for signing up to the catelogue but don't know where to put it. Do I put it in the GiftCard/Store Credit section in the Payment Options section? When I do this it's asking if I'm a robot and asking me to pick things from images. I do that correctly but keeps resetting and asking me if I'm a robot again.

    • Yep I am having the same problem. Sounds like you are entering in the right place (discount was working yesterday). It says Please click on the reCAPTCHA for me.

    Does anyone know if you can use both codes after the 5th catalogue? The post says "If both Store Credits are used in the same transaction the minimum spend requirement is therefore $100." but if he 1st code expires after 14 days wouldn't that be before the 5th catalogue comes out?

    • It's not a promo code, its a gift card. You enter it at payment with no pin.

  • Is it normal to show in TGG invoice the FULL price?
    When I pay in paypal, it shows the discounted price (less $25) but how come when it went back to TGG webpage, the invoice shows the full price ?

    I got the answer now. I received the email from paypal and it only charge me the discounted price.

    It looks like TGG invoice shows full price .

    • It is treated like a gift card not a discount so you're paying with this voucher not getting a $25 discount.
