    Yes. Just make sure you keep the tax invoice (one will come with the actual phone).

      Could you pls help, I bought Note 7 from them… but on the tax invoice it doesn't say that the S/N of the phone, does it matter when claiming the TRS as I'm traveling overseas in 3 weeks.

        That shouldn't matter. Any goods over $1k value must show your name on the tax invoice.

        Also, if you are returning back into the country with the phone, you have to then declare to Customs that you have received a TRS refund and pay the Gst back!

        PS. If it's over $900
