      Majority of fixed rates do not come with offset accounts, however you are able to split the loan with a variable product at either 3.71% or 3.85%

        also what are the conditions to get the 3.71 variable rate say 50/50 split

        Reverts to 3.85% variable after the fixed duration, we would be renegotiating on your behalf or shopping around to find the most competitive option at the time based on your scenario and needs. The 3.71% variable is a basic product that has redraw but no offset account.
