          @28Degrees:
"Would a guy name themselves strawberrybug & buy pink headphones?"
OF COURSE a guy might do that… or guylike person or someone who used to be a guy or anything is possible really…
So you've never been to Sydney?

        • +5

I assume everyone online is male until proven otherwise via snapchat

        • +1

@King Tightarse: to oxford st you meant?

      • +1

Don't use Firefox. The "recaptcha" does not show up. Use Chrome.
Typical - lazy developers only test in their favorite geek browser.

    • +1

I'm on Chrome. Would you like me to create an account for you?

      • omg would you? that would be so kind…

      • Im having problems in opening an account up just seen your comment and was wondering if that person was having the same problem? What sh!ts me is that i really want to buy a pair..

    • Use Edge browser and no problem at all.

  • +2

and what are the deals for the next 11 days?

  • Sign-up broken.
    Nice testing Sony…..

Edit: got mine, had to use Chrome. Remembered to use AMEX, in case I manage to reach the magical cashback number.
    Thanks TA.

    • -2

aaahhh…. this is how Amex earns… the just-in-case scenarios.

I always thought wat's in it for Amex with all the cashbacks, except new sign-ups.

      • Thtats slright for the rant, I understand you dont have an AMEX by AMEX :P

        • As a matter of fact, I do.

But am always curious about their earnings model. It wasn't a rant at all, am a pretty happy Amex customer coming fresh out of shop small month with a supplement card, cant stop grinning.

Working in finance, I do know there isn't a 50% margin in sales and commissions for credit cards and shops to share. So just curious, thats all.

        • @FindMeADeal:
AMEX is paying you to advocate their product - you insisting on using your AMEX at a merchant or else walking out reminds retailers why they should accept the card.

          Not too difficult really

        • @kylebb: I didn't realise that me working out reminded retailers of anything

        • @kylebb: no, its reminding merchants to remember to stop accepting amex each time they get burned by the higher fees

        • @kylebb: Well that makes some sense… Thanks!

If there are two similar shops and one opted for Amex and participated in shop small event, they could see more customers that month and that customer is likely to return to that shop instead of the other one.. And of-course the word of mouth… Slowly and gradually, I can imagine this shop doing better than the other.

Nice.. Thanks for highlighting this aspect.

  • So TA, don't you need to mention CashReward eligible?! :P

    • Thanks, added :)

  • +3

Awesome!! I still have the Amex click frenzy cash-back which is working. Spend $60 get $30 back until 3/12. I'll find the deal to put in description TA - others may have aswell

    • https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/273135 - Works I got the confirmation from Amex

    • +2

      Buy 6 of them

      • Great Xmas presents

    • GOod idea but I ordered already. Does anyone know if the cashback works across two orders totalling $60?

      • +1

        Yes it does. Terms:
"Save the offer to your eligible Card and spend $60 or more on that Card, in one or more transactions, online only at a participating Online Retailer by 3/12/16 to receive $30 credit. Limited to the first 50,000 Cards to register"

        • Awesome, thanks Haydent

  • sign-up broken/frozen/dead

it was only 29 clicks when I saw this deal. 887 now damn it

    • It works now in all browsers - I just checked. Their "I'm not a robot" recaptcha has issues. Try Chrome just in case.

  • Thanks OP , Got two for the Kids

  • Any TV deals coming up?

    • +13

I don't think they advertise these deals on TV.

    • +1

Looks like TVs are today's deal. No prices yet but I has 3 models labeled "12 days of Christmas day 2"

  • Thanks, got one

  • +3

I had registration issues earlier, but worked now.
    Try a different browser?
Great deal if you registered for the Amex spend $60, get $30 back offer.
Looks like the kids are all getting earphones.

    • I'm trying in Chrome and IE with no luck :(

      • +1

        Clear your cookies maybe?

  • +3

I had awful problems with this last year. Ordered the bluetooth in-ear earphones but they wouldn't progress the order because they needed an authorisation code from ANZ for my CC. I couldn't get that code in time and they cancelled the order. Next thing I know the money comes off my credit card. In the end I get a set sent to me but it was after Xmas - they were supposed to be a present for someone.

  • +6

Even for $10, I'd say they're not worth getting. Reviews aren't great.

  • Anyone else having trouble with the password requirements? I'm using lowercase/uppercase/symbol/number and it just won't take it

    • Yes, I am having problems also. Says Invalid Access Ticket.

  • +4

Got some from the BigW $3 clearout about a year ago. Harly used them, the over ear design is anoying and sound quality average (and I paid $3)

  • +2

Just bought some… because… well, there is no reason why. Tis the season… :P

  • Interested to see the deals coming up, keen on a TV and Xperia XZ if they discount them enough!

  • +1

just ordered 6 with amex and used the $30 cashback. thanks guys!!

  • Any camera deals?

  • +1

Was about to go out and buy a ps4, should i wait until Sony put a bundle up? Hmm

    • +1

      Yes

  • +1

Maybe some 1/2 price 4K HDR 10-bit TVs would be great.

    • O yeah!

    • "package damaged" sale? :D?

    • do you have a link to which ones are 10-bit? i bought a sony KD49X8300C early this year and doesn't have HDR, didn't even know what it was earlier this year :(

if a decent deal comes up i have been thinking about selling my current one and adding a bit extra to get a 10-bit hdr one

  • +2

If it's anything like the sales a few months ago from Sony, you might be waiting 70 days of Christmas to get your order.

  • Thanks TA, ordered an orange pair.

  • Do they have Mic in them?

    • No mic, which is perfect - just concentrating on working out without interruptions.

  • Wish they'll include an A6000 Kit in the list. Pretty please, Sony?

  • Thanks for the deal. Great timing and item to replace my busted earphones.

  • -3

got these for a buck or so a while ago ;)

    • +9

      Should've posted it….

  • Great way to use the Click Frenzy AMEX deal - but I wish we had some idea of what the deals will be the next couple days, don't want to waste my cashback buying 6 pairs of headphones!

    • +1

      get more AMEXs?

      :)

      • +1

All I want for Christmas is more AMEX cards!

  • $39 not $10

  • I have a pair of these and the sound quality is average if you don't need the over ear design these sound heaps better for an extra $9

  • +1

    STUPID website!

  • Anyone else think A$200?

  • Oh TA you've done it again!

  • Password does not meet minimum requirements. It must be at least 8 characters in length, contain one number, one uppercase character, one lowercase character and one special character.
