These inflatable seem to be all the rage at the beach now. Where were they before? Did they come down in price or is it just a trend?
They're $25 at Kmart at the start of every summer season now but sell out pretty much before January even starts, pretty much 50-70% cheaper than everywhere else.

Not great idea to use these in the open ocean. Currents will take this thing 500m out in minutes.
Stick to swimming pools and waters with little or no current.

The risk with these inflatables is that weak swimmers in particular might acquire a false sense of security.
That's the closest thing I've ever seen to an inflatable turd.
These things suck. After a few uses they are lopsided. Air doesn't retain in them very well, and these things take a lot of air, enjoy refilling them!
I just leave mine in the pool all year round now, because it looks cool. As for inflatables, you can't go past a traditional round tube.

Not meaning to be picky but tatts are something you choose; whereas hideous surgery scars are usually a badge of the survivor. I've got a pretty decent scar on my arm from a 2mm Melanoma that became a 1 cm excision all the way around the site. I use it to frighten people into getting their spots checked.
