    One of my orders was still "processing", so I called them to chase it up and they then looked at it and said it should be cancelled. Then they refused to give me a refund on my membership fee until I had to forward them the cancellation email from my other order. Damn their internal communication and handling of this situation is appalling.

    S6 and S7 both got cancelled.

    Now I have to fight for my $25 membership fees back. I'll never deal with this company again.

  • Order status for 4x SD card and Membership is "partially dispatched" according to my account. Hopefully it will change to fully dispatched soon, won't be happy if I don't get all 4 given I bought a membership especially to buy these.

  • Anyone ordered the SD cards and have order dispatched email?

    Just wondering because I have a status of "partially dispatched" for 4x SD cards and Membership card. Hoping that it means the SD cards have been dispatched, and the membership card is awaiting dispatchment.

      • oh, well they said it would arrive within 5-10 days on the email. I have no idea whats going on with the order then. It would be good if they tell me exactly what "partial shipment" means and how many SD cards may have been sent, I haven't got any tracking number or email notification at all.

          Partially dispatched in this case basically means that the membership part of your order has been fulfilled, but not the SD cards. They're most likely out of stock and you'll have to call them to have your order cancelled and refunded, because they don't seem to be doing anything with a lot of the orders where there isn't any remaining stock.

          Hopefully they don't argue about processing refund including the membership, since I bought the membership especially for this. I just sent them an email and told them i am happy to wait for more stock to arrive but we will see. I thought SD cards would have plenty of stock in every store, pretty generic item.

        • @nubzy: I received a email stating that my order was packed and sent out with a tracking now. Less than half the items and don't think you will get the membership. They just ignored it

    I ordered the S7 on May 2nd. No email confirmation nor order number provided. Checked "My account" and says order is under "Review", but no order number is listed. Already got charged $344.70 in my statement.

    How shady is this??

      same here. I ordered a few mins after the deal is up. I will wait maybe a week or so.

  • I went to the Melbourne University Co-op today to see if they had the Samsung and SanDisk stuff in stock. Even the Samsung display phones and tablets were all cleared (they were still there last week).

    Good news for ppl after SanDisk. Looks like there are no 64GB microSD cards anymore (not on the website or in the shops) but there's some stock for the others.

    Melbourne university Swanston St - bought the last 32GB one they had, hadn't marked price down but scanned as $5.

    Melbourne university Grattan St - saw maybe a couple of 16GB ones and at least 6 of the 8GB (don't think any ozbargainer would me interested in those).

    Ppl should try other branches too.

    I have also had no contact from them using the online form. Thoroughly unimpressed with how they conduct business and if I do not hear from them by Monday I will file a paypal dispute. Should have known better but thought with such a common item like SD card they would have enough stock across all the stores..

    finally got refund email about the SD cards, apparently they ran out right when I placed my order..

    So I will get a refund, but they are making me fill out a form to cancel the membership and said it can take 6-8 weeks by cheque? that doesn't sound very fair to me, i'd rather it all get refunded ASAP to my bank account..

    anyone else had dealings with them? Really sucks as I needed these SD cards, not having much luck with online purchases lately.

      any thoughts on this guys?? to be honest would probably be easier to do a PayPal chargeback but if they will cooperate and get it done quickly I would be happy? Just a little concerning seeing so many posts on their social media about not receiving refunds despite co op saying they have sent them, then they seem to ignore communications.. don't want a long drawn out process like that.

      • Agreed. Ive requested a refund dispute through Paypal. No refund yet from coop so Id rather not waste time dealing with them directly. Seems their accounts team are delaying things or the stores are just taken easy option of blaming accounts. There should be a regulator that stops businesses running online shops if they dont have minimum competancies.

      They told me 10-15 days for refund of SD cards, and up to 50 business days for the membership refund, which is by check!! Coop has to be one of the most poorly managed businesses in Australia.

    Just received my s6 edge plus
    Was brand new and sealed so no issues there

    Tablets were cancelled and still waiting a refund

  • Ordered and received 2 x Samsung 10.1 4g tablets. One was correct and the other was wifi only. When I called they said they were out of stock and refunded the difference of the incorrect item. Cant complain for the price I got them for.

    Only 2 ozbargainers scored. I should say only 1 as 1 phone was ex demo :)

    Maybe negative google reviews on Melbourne university will wake these guys up from doing this in the future, it will also inform others of there practise to avoid being stooged into paying membership or buying electronics.

      • already got my refund for SD cards last week, but wonder if I should also do the same for membership refund.. why the F cant they just issue a full PayPal refund instead of messing around with cheques that take 8+ weeks to post.
