      Keep refreshing their main page, it could yet still come up - seems from comments - items been restocked a few times.

      I'd refresh their page over this page - as when it came up for me (3:11am lol) it wasn't refreshed here until early morning (7-9am)

      I ordered yesterday and received confirmation same day after 30 minutes from completing my purchase, today i received shipping notification. delivery normally take 3 to 5 working days

      I ordered macbook pro at 3am on Wednesday morning and it's already been delivered at my house (came this morning). I'm in Melb - and judging from Aus post dispatch - the store it was dispatched from was in Melb as well.

      -Had to call Myer service to find out on 06/09 (around 12pm) if it was successful or being canceled. Advised successful and just been shipped
      -Arrived this morning (07/09)

      7/9 - received eBay item shipped notification around 3pm, haven't received Myer's tax invoice yet though

      Think it'll take 3-5 days to deliver if you are outside of Melbourne.

          I'm in Brisbane. No i Didnt get tracking in an email - i called myer today and the guy easily gave it to me and turns out the MBP is coming locally from a warehouse here in QLD.

    I received the tax invoice inside their email (not an attachment pdf). I think it has all the details (ABN, GST, Delivery name and address). Does anyone know if I would be able to claim GST back using TRS?

    Also, the ebay account name and delivery name is different, can it cause problem with TRS? I have messaged in Ebay, but yet to receive a reply.

          Also, I just noticed that as it is over $1000, Name and address of the person travelling should be on the Invoice. But I can't see my address on it !!

          I am worried too as this is not going to work with TRS Claims !!

          It says so. It also includes the text "tax invoice" in its email subject. It has the name and address on the "delivery location" column. Please let us know when you hear back from them.

          I spoke to Myer Online Team, but they said they can't send a pdf format of the Tax Invoice and asked me to email their another team to request the addition of SN on the Invoice, but they cannot guarantee it, whether it can be done or not. But I did it anyway.

          Quick question to you, are you just going to print the whole email for the TRS ?

          I have claimed TRS few times, there was only one time when the lady at the Airport said SN should be on the Invoice.

      Re - Myer Tax Invoice

      I've been having the same issues / questions via email with Myer.

      They sent an email which has the heading TAX INVOICE and YOUR ORDER IS ON IT'S WAY.

      However, this IMO is not an appropriate nor correct tax invoice.

      It doesn't even have the CORRECT purchase amount on it - it's got the full amount and not showing any discount.

      I could, if inclined, and may if I can find something soon, use this to claim the GST on the full amount of the iPad (and not the amount that I paid less discount).

      How 'valid' is this 'tax invoice' if I wish to return the goods ?

      I keep getting the run-around on email - and may have to follow up with a call on Monday.

        From my previous experience with these 20% Ebay sales, the tax invoice always mention the full price before 20%, as that is [probably] covered by Ebay. So no issues with the price amount.

      Hopefully yours is just a processing delay due to the 20% sale?!
