Brand new for $356.25 with P5OZZIE code

I noticed you only have 2 posts OP. Please note that this is nothing personal and I do encourage you to continue contributing to OzBargain! :)

Just keep in mind there is a good chance the stock is refurb despite it saying brand new. See discussion regarding that seller here. Feedback hides the item on purpose I assume. The seller is also from Malaysia, despite the item location saying Sydney (some eBay feedback also indicates it's overseas stock). But cheaper none the less.

Here's another one from a different seller that seems better. Feedback seems good, no complaints I can see that it's not new. Although seller is from Hong Kong so I doubt it's local stock as claimed.

Trying my best to keep up with the Kardashians masters of bargain :)

  • iPhone SE is also faster and less bendgate.

New iPhone 6 32GB is $426.55 at Target eBay - Ships to store. Use P5OZZIE code

Edit: Locked to Telstra so not like for like but it's new and 32GB instead of refurb and 16GB for slightly less, if Telstra lock isn't an issue or can be easily unlocked.

    • Just pointing out it's locked to Telstra. Gotta make sure no one makes the same mistake I did haha

      • hop on online chat phone unlocked in under 2 minutes

          @aussman:

Well I've driven without a seat belt my entire life and have never been fined, guess it's okay to tell others to follow.

      • I rang up and got 2 iphones unlocked with no issue. They asked why and I said because I wanted to use the iphone with Optus. I read somewhere it is be free for iPhones, $80 for other phones.

  • cheaper for new from target

$449 is an amazing price to pay for a 2/3 gen old phone with only 16gb and its a refurb

    i mean

    wow

    • Aldi shoppers will be scooping it up no matter what,

  • how many will be available per store ?????..and how many fights will there be

  • Where does Aldi buy their refurbs from? ebay? :)

    • Yeah surely apple has some sort of restriction as to who can or cant sell. New or refurb..

  • +5

449 for a four year old phone. and 16gb. no thanks

    • +4

      its also 2nd hand…

    • Arguably it's the people who pay it that keeps Apple prices up so high. If there is no market, then this is not worth the price of a brand new flagship from last year.

  • What is the problem with ALDI?

  • +1

You can spend a hundred less for a brand new phone, more storage and more recent release.

    • Like the Oppo A57 for $288 for example?. Octacore, 3GB RAM, 32GB storage. Like to see the iPhone try do that.

      • +1

Yes but the Oppo software is kind of terrible.

Specs mean piss all mate. iOS and iPhone from a performance perspective craps on any android. Sorry but true.

        • yeah thats true but lets talk 2017

you take this iphone and i bring any $449 brand new android and we'll meet again?

          Sorry but true.

I acknowledge a $1k plus iphone 8 or iphone X blows everything else out of the water.

What does that have to do with this deal?

        • -2

@tonyjzx: Notice how he said "like to see the iPhone try do that." Well iPhone has been smashing performance numbers every iteration of the device with limited specs. I was not just focusing and defending the iPhone 6. I agree that the six is not worth dropping $450 for today's use as for a little bit more you get so more out of a brand new device.

  • Got a iPhone 6s 16GB for $499 not long ago; think that may be a slightly better deal for an extra $50.

  • Who would pay $500 for an old model dirty used phone?
    ahahahahahhaha
neg for better prices regularly seen and c'mon!
Its a 16GB USED phone that's been spray and wiped.

    • depends who refurbed it. If its Apple excess stock they're selling, then the case/screen and battery are brand new which would only leave the mainboard and cameras as original. Still a bit high but you get 60 days to return it and from a B+M store. Its not a particularly great deal but I can see who Aldi are targeting and its not a techie for sure.

  • Lol 16gb

    • and the 1gb ram and the 750p screen and the dual core cpu…

      • For all the negs on Apple, if its one thing they do better is their processors. Apple do in 2 what the others do in 8. Rest of the phone is mediocre though.

  • This is not a deal at all. For comparison, Shopmonk has the IP6 Plus for $429 that is Brand new.

  • A refurbish phone that was launched back in 2014 and they want $450 for it???? Some people are really living in lala land…..

    • +1

Let them live there. It has no net effect on the rest of us.

  • This is not a deal. You can get brand new Iphone 6 32gig for similar price
