This deal is back! With a new thread on whirlpool. John and Louis are both active members and will answer any questions you have.

      • thanks!

will it automatically kick in when my current service month runs out? or do I need to do some manual cancelling?

        • If you already have a service with us you need to email support and request the change.

If you are talking about a service with another provider you'll need to cancel that after your new service with us is provisioned.

Thanks for sharing this deal, OP. And thanks to everyone else for sharing their thoughts on Telecube.

Off the back of this deal, I pulled the trigger and churned from my Internode (customer of 5+ years) where I was paying $80/mth for a 25/5 "silver" plan on FTTN. Internode used to have Australia's best ISP technical support but years of leadership/ownership/management changes and general complacency has taken its toll on their service delivery and customer value proposition. (IMHO, YMMV)

I set up my Telecube account last night and, WITHIN THE HOUR, the status jumped from 'Pending' to 'Ordered'. Suddenly, my internet connection dropped out. Changed settings on the router and, boom, I was back online.

Router reported a link rate of 107735/44199 Kbps so I gave it a go http://beta.speedtest.net/result/6739891163.png That'll do me!

    • Hows your service going? I'm also with Internode, the service is great by I think it's too to expensive.

  • I have had nothing but issues with changing over my NBN service to Telecube. I had a stable connection with another ISP and saw this deal and ordered the new service. I got an email saying everything had been transferred and i cancelled my previous ISP. I got home and spoke with Murray who is probably the best customer service support operator i have ever dealt with help me try get online. I was all authenticated on their end but i have had no internet access for 4 days now and Telecube can't seem to find where the issue is. A bit disappointing as i am doing work via 4G which is about to cost me a fortune. sigh

Hi, please email support and attention in the subject to John and ask me to look into this. I will make sure it is being looked into as a matter of urgency.

  • Does this come with home phone/line rental?

    • There's a free VOIP phone with free incoming calls, outgoing is PAYG.

  • 4 days since the service was ordered, but no internet :(

Telecube support is helping their best to get this resolved. Fingers crossed for a prompt solution…

  • I got the internet now..100/40 FTTP nbn..but slow speeds..like 20 to 30 MBPS event at llate night like 1:00 am…Opened up a support ticket for that..

    • There must be some major issue, I hope you can get it fixed.

  • Offer extended until 31st December.

  • Oh dear, I signed up 2 days too early and had to pay the 99 set-up fee. Oh well.

    • Email customer support and they may refund you $30
