Update - It's here!: I'm at the park by the Botanic Gardens Friend's Gate and toilets on Plane Tree Dr. Could do with a hand setting up.

Update: Awesome response so far! I'll try and source a small table and set-up about 15 minutes before the scheduled start with drinks and maybe some food. Find me when you arrive (I'll be the guy in the orange OzBargain tee, taking your picture) and hopefully I'll be able to give you a shirt!

The meetup will start in Botanic Park at 6pm and we can decide what everyone wants to do from there. Please note that the Moonlight Cinema will be going on in the park so it may end up being just a meeting point depending on how busy it is.

I'll bring a beach cricket set for a bit of entertainment and of course anyone is welcome to bring their own activities. We'll order some pizzas and drinks to be delivered when people start to show up.

There will be T-Shirts, but I don't know how many yet. We can do "first come, first serve" or a lottery of some sort. I'd love suggestions on that if anyone's got them.

There will be T-Shirts, but I don't know how many yet

I think I've sent you a box of ~12-14 T-shirts. AusPost tracking says it's "Delivered" so you'll find out when you get back home :)

Update: I was wrong, the parcel is still on the truck. What got delivered was T-shirts for Perth Meetup on the 9th of Dec.

  I'm going to park either behind St. Peters or in North Adelaide and walk a bit. Lots of spots along Plane Tree Drive too, which is right next to the park and free after 5-6pm I think.
