    Your website heavily implies that this is first and foremost a Wiha product which is misleading. It is not a Wiha product it is a Wiha co-branded/licensed product but it is definitely Xiaomi/Mijia you would be talking to for returns/info.

    Jokes aside, I agree with the sentiments expressed above. I get that the OP is targeting a particular type of customer (ie prepared to pay a hefty premium to get their gear ASAP), but their approach could do with a bit of work.

    Instead of being defensive and passive-aggressive against potential customers, it's probably better to explain the advantages and reasons why someone would want to pay the premium. Even if no sales come of it, at least you'll avoid some negs and will come across as positively engaging with your potential client-base.

    Deals come and go, but one's conduct and how they carry themselves will hang around for a long time on the internet.
