    • I was tossing up between this and the RTX3080Ti for $1700, and I ended up getting the Ti for two hundy more. But this is still a super nice deal (compared to how things looked like 4 weeks ago).

      • -1

Ti is a better GPU, you're so close to perfection with the 3080Ti over the 3080, you did well considering cost few weeks ago. You wont regret.

      • +4

That's the 10gb card. This is the newer 12gb model.

What it looks like inside. It is not a standard Gigabyte GPU.

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GhWsEQK6pQ4

      • Looks like the gpu pcb slapped into a stand alone box, maybe for lan party thing.

reminds me of ASIC miner, ewww…

    • Can i just plug this into my GTX1060 old laptop and all games will be on viagra and run over 100 FPS ???

      • hard to say. what cpu, how much ram…what game at what settings/resolution? reminder you need a laptop with a thunderbolt 3 capable usb c port.

        • OK then forget it, my laptop hasn't got any usb c port …

    • I didn't really know these were a thing. This is seriously an external 3080 that you just connect to a PC via USB?

      • +1

        Thunderbolt 3

    • Works pretty well. Thunderbolt cable is a bit easy to dislodge. Can even mine eth but does get a bit hot even with the watercooling. Sits around 90c and is still a bit noisy.

    • I've never heard of anything like this. The way read it, it connects to an existing PC/laptop to output higher graphics?

      • That's exactly what it does, MAC have a ton of these as TB is native, not many TB mobos on MS platform so you don't see many of these alternatives.

    • Personally torn between this, the LG SP11RA (pair with LG OLED) and splurging on the Sonos Arc surround system

      • +1

I've got this with a C1 OLED and I think it's great. Can't comment on the other two systems though.

      • +2

I’d go with this. Better value I feel than the LG and Sonos. I upgraded a few weeks ago from my HW-N950 and it’s been great.

        • @Benoffee & @Slave1 How bad is that material covering? The ones at JB are hideous, but that's a store not home.

          • +1

@Chuppa: I actually don't mind it personally. I prefer it over the smooth plastic look of the LG. The only minor criticism I could say about the Samsung is that it's not the best at Music and the top facing display screen could have been better placed.

All in all, a great system.

      • +1

I'm like a proud dad in regards to my Q950A, very immersive haven't had a issue. Cannot speak on the LG. Mine is paired to a 2021 sony tv connectivity is good. On the sonos I disliked something about the connection between the speakers and having to use the app.

        • Agree, another +1 for the Q950A, great Setup, got the eBay deal not long ago . It would be fine for music too but personally have separate systems. Sonos stuff isn't cheap including rears. The Atmos Samsung rears seem pretty good

Been looking for a big mouse this past month, this seemed like a good deal.

Weird mentality, the Razer Basilisk even @52 is still cheaper and does what I want, but somehow couldn't resist this low price. Anyone feel the same way?

    • I have the 602 and have repaired it a few times because I refuse to use anything else. I noticed these 604's a couple of months back and am currently planning on getting one when mine finally dies.

      • G602 here, have replaced middle mouse button at least 10 times. Finally replaced it when the rubber grip started to peel off.

Now moved onto my 2nd G602.

        • I "repaired" my left button. I had to open the microswitch and re-bend a tiny metal strip inside. I nearly had to replace the feet once but they came good. You can buy new ones from AliExpress. I haven't had any issue with the rubber yet. The whole thing looks pretty much brand new even though I've had it for years.

    • Still enjoying my g502, but these things would be great for the price

    • I went from an MX Master 2S to this and had no regrets!

Thank god prices are coming back down. I was starting to worry that last years high prices would end up being the new normal. They have knocked over $1K off what i paid for my 3080Ti pretty much bringing it in line with what the 2080Ti cost when it first came out.

    • +1

      Hodl if u can!

    • Insane, only took a little over a year since i bought this for $3399 for it to become cheaper.

      • $600 cheaper.

        • rather spend that extra to have the GPU for the last 14 & 1/2 months, plus ive made more than that just mining when im not gaming.

    • Does everyone think prices are dropping because shortage is getting better or its just because its not new anymore? Like every other electronic device.

      • +1

Because 40 series has been announced and maybe miners are less likely to jump on mining for uncertainty of recouping cost.

Not the best price it has been.
Good keyboard though, Had it for ~3 years now.
    Haptics are good.
Batteries last for a long time.

    • -1

I don't recommend buying this keyboard. Romer G switches in mine started dying after about 2 years (double typing issue). Google it, that's a widespread issue.
I've already replaced 10 of them, and while typing this message I had to correct double D and N a couple of times. Soldering iron, here I come again ;-)

      • comes with 2y warranty. If not older than 2yrs they may replace the kb

        • Same issue here on one I got secondhand. Piece of shit.

      • +2

I've had this keyboard for 4 years and use it everyday, 2 of the last years were full time WFH.

The only issue I've had are the shiny key wear which is typical of plastic keys. Everything else is as good as new.

This is one of best keyboards I've ever had considering the price and how lightning fast the wireless speed is.

        • +2

Same here, had mine for 4 years as well, no problems at all. Now I'll probably start getting issues :)

    • Had this keyboard for more than 2 years now:

-Switches aren't very tactile at all, especially compared to other switches
-Key chattering issues on mainly the A and T keys
      -Battery life is very good
-Build quality is okay, keycaps feel cheapish and are quite shiny already
-Stabilisers very rattly, but what do you expect from a gaming keyboard from Logitech

    • i've had this keyboard for somewhere around 2 years and it has been great, one caveat;

don't place your phone or other similar device in between the keyboard and the USB receiver, as it can interrupt the signal and cause intermittent connection until the device is removed, i originally thought my keyboard was broken but through trial and error realised it was just because i had my phone placed between keyboard and receiver, sometimes it will work even if you do this, but half the time it will experience connection issues.

that's it, everything else i'm happy with, keys are tactile, feels solid, nice loud mechanical keyboard.

the battery life is the biggest thing for me, it's supposed to last a year and a half + without needing the batteries to be replaced, which are just some normal AAs, you don't need to charge it at all, i have had the same pair of batteries in mine since i got it and the only thing you need to do is switch it off when you aren't going to be using it for several hour.s

    • just note: theres a lot of 44mm versions floating around buy/swap/sell pages thanks to the optus offer, i tried selling mine but it just wasnt worth it, many, many cheap sellers just getting rid of it

      • Yeah, managed to grab an almost new 44m lte version for $290 on fb marketplace a few weeks ago.

      • Yep eBay/marketplace is flooded with 44mm LTE which has the bigger battery than 40mm. I've been watching eBay and the ones with bad photos and ending at awkward times can sell for as low as $200! Normal price range is $250-$300.

    • Wish these have min of 2 day battery life

      • With aod, wifi, always on monitoring, and gps off it will easily.

        • So just turn off all the features then. Sounds useful.

  • Merged from Fujifilm X-S10 + XC15-45mm (Hard Bundle Kit) $1,359.15 ($1,327.17 eBay Plus) Deliveered @ digiDIRECT eBay

    Coupon Code: PMAR15 PMAR17

Fujifilm's X-S10 is a 26MP interchangeable-lens camera that shoots high-quality 4K video and comes with a deep grip and a different, though excellent, control scheme than most other Fujifilm cameras.

The company describes the X-S10 as a cross between the company's X-T30 and the X-H1 cameras: You get the guts from the former and the design and in-body image stabilization feature (in a new miniaturized form) from the latter. The X-S10 camera is targeted toward both beginning and experienced users who may have Canon or Nikon DSLRs and want something a little more 'familiar' than a typical Fujifilm camera.

    Original Coupon Deal

    • Good camera and keenly priced. Just make sure you get some spare batteries as they’re heavy on them.

      • +2

Wasabi has great bang for your buck batteries for the X-S10

Also for anyone whos on the fence, this is an absolutely AMAZING starter camera, especially for just walking around shooting video or taking photos.
        The IBIS is awesome.

I'd consider this price good, but with how often the sales have been, its basically the "normal price".
You can often by the body for under $1200 and this kit for around this price.
Definitely a must get if you're trying to stay under $1500 for a new camera.

    • I would highly recommend this camera - however, as dealfarmer has noted above, I'd recommend you get the body for under $1,200 and start acquiring other lenses.; Kit 15-45mm lens is 'fine', but leaves a lot to be desired imo. Better to invest a bit extra in at least the 18-55mm, or primes, or some of the other third party options available these days!
