Get 6 months of free amazon prime which comes with Amazon Prime Video. Amazon have removed their Geoblocking now so it works perfectly in aus :)

Please Note: This is for Youth Accounts (16 - 24 Years Old). Put a fake D.O.B at your own risk if you aren't between these ages.

To get English: Go to Account & Settings at the top right of Amazon Prime Video. Then go Language and select English.

You can cancel anytime and retain your membership, go here and press "Do not continue", then follow the prompts and it will cancel your subscription, but your trial will last for 6 months. It should say:

Membership: Youth Premium (6 month trial)

Next payment
On October 09, 2018, your card will not be charged and your membership will end.

Change the payment method
Payment history

    Just be careful Amazon doesn't ban you. They cross check accounts and can disable your account and any future sign ups if you breach their terms.

        Just use the GDPR to have them remove all details on you and sign up again :-) There's even a free book to help guide you on it.

          I used what i thought was an unused email but I think I've used it to buy from US store before. Whatevs. Not like I can't make up another account with a totally unrelated email address and use a new CC. A "ban" seems pretty lame to enforce.

        I'm referrimg to the age. If that's your range, you're not doing anything wrong. And they may not really care if you supply an incorrect age. I just know of people who have been banned for breaking terms and it's very hard to undo it. They cross check delivery addresses, credit cards and all sorts of things to keep banned people off their systems and it spans the entire amazon network.

    For those trying to link their amazon fr prime to twitch account, use this link to do so: https://twitch.amazon.com/prime?countryCode=fr or alternatively click on the flag and change it to France. It will not give you prime benefits if you try to link an American amazon prime account to twitch.

        I got a 'failure to connect' message but an email confirming the account link. I can see that the Amazon and Twitch accounts are link, but I don't have any of the benefits from Twitch Prime. :/

      There's quite a few things that you would struggle to find on other streaming sites. The Grand Tour is exclusive to Amazon Prime Video. There's quite a good selection, different to other sites.

      Negative, can confirm it's all in english. Only the text is in french until you fix it in the settings as per the instructions in the OP. It has heaps of languages available if need be.

      Is your payment method valid correct?

      I had an old debit card set on mine and it didn't activate.
      Soon as I changed it to my current one, it activated within about 30 seconds.

          Yeah I got it and just cancelled it there.
          Use Chrome and use the translate function (it's little two pages at the end of your address bar) and it's pretty easy to sign up.

          DOB part is fairly early on… you have to select a date that'd make you between 18-24 and it tells you if you're out of range etc.

    I clicked link, yet only got 30 days trial offered. I figured it would ask me Date Of birth at some stage, then change to 6 month trial.
    What went wrong ?
    Where do I input age (date of birth) to allow for 6 months free trial ?
    I do have another 3 mastercards, but dont want to waste another 1 only to get 30 days again instead of the 6 months as per post.

      Did you have Amazon Prime once before? Not sure but might make you ineligible for this.

      Either that or maybe you've not gone via the French page? Default trial for us is 30 days.

        I definitely have never signed up with email I used. The email is less than 1 year old.
        I definitely was on the french site after using links on this page (because I had to use google tranlate option, and guess other fench words not translated).
        I did use chrome browser on my phone, through optus. Im not sure if that had something to do with it.
        I have tunnel bear on phone to change location, might try that later so it looks like I am in france.

      If you go to www.primevideo.com does it work then? Or if you go to your prime account on amazon.fr it should give you a link to prime video and that's where you watch it from.

        Nope says the same. The Amazon prime youth premium 6 mth trial seems to have gone through fine on Amazon Fr but prime video shows up with the sign up page for some reason that I can't really work out. I followed the link on Amazon Fr same thing.

          Ahh yeah I just noticed that I got the same thing, go and log in using your credentials at the top right of that prime video page and it should work :)
