    If by distinctive you mean "seemingly accounts for 3/4 of watch face". This looks like a 38mm watch seated into a hockey puck.

  45mm dial and 17mm thickness is getting up there

  its amazing to me the Seiko cant stick an NH35 into an SKX but these guys and everyone else can.

    I bought a 45mm one when I posted this deal, but sold it because it just felt too big for my skinny 7 inch wrist.
    It's a nice solid watch though with good specs for the price.

    It sure would.

    Both 45mm and 50mm versions are 17mm thick.
    So in one sense the 50mm version is more at peace with its dimensions.

    My wrist is a click over 8 inches.
    Will the 50mm look like a boulder?

        I have the Bulova Accutron II Moonview White.

        If this wasn't 17mm i'd go for it, but it's just too proud (in a bad way).

  Does anyone know if the bezel measurements include the winder as well? Just trying to correlate the size with some other watches to see if the 50mm option is too big or not

    The diameter is pretty much always the external measurement of the case without the crown, unless otherwise stated.
