Love the DW9052-1V. It's always on my wrist when I'm travelling!

Funny story. Every time I use the Parcel Point service, my orders go missing. It happens every single time. Sometimes they reach Australia and sometimes they don't! I jump on live chat and Amazon are always happy to refund me.

Here's the best part… A few weeks later the parcel will show up out of the blue with no explanation as to why it was so late. So far I've received (after being refunded)… two watches, a cast iron frypan and some basketball knee pads.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

    • But didn't you sign for it on collection at the pick up point?

      • +1

Yeah, I collect it and sign for it as you normally would, but this is long after the refund has been issued.

As gnarkill said… things just seem to go into postage Narnia for weeks and then resurface out of nowhere.

    • +1

I've had it happen to a few things. I thought it may be customs holding things up without notification but I've had it happen to items within Australia. I think they go to AusPost Narnia for a while.

  • I just don't get what all the fuss is about this G-Spot ???

  • How are you guys getting shipping for 5.98? Im paying 12 !
