        Perhaps I just misunderstood, but I placed 2 orders, they had issues with one and then said it was fixed. It still hasn't shown up in my account or given me a confirmation email and AAE emailed saying they've got the order that worked in transit. I thought they would have sent them together, but perhaps not.

    I've paid(instant payment from bank) for the G19 via paypal but I haven't received any email confirmation from you nor does it appear in my account's 'My Orders' on the logitechshop site.

    Because of this I'm not sure if you've received my order properly.
    But maybe this is normal? Are we not supposed to get confirmation emails and not have orders show up on the site?

    That is normally fine . if 3 or four orders are being placed at once , sometimes the system misses the email . but its perfectly fine . if you have any suspision that it didnt go through do not hesitate to email sales .

    should i get the harmony 600 for $35 for harmony 650 for $75 ?? they the same but 650 has the colour screen … do be picky or not to be picky that is the question?

    would be better to have the colour screen but is $40 enough to justify it? lol
    maybe i should get a student cityrail ticket for the next 2 weeks and that'll save me the extra $40 i need for the colour screen? lol

          My Logitech keyboard (Wave Desktop Pro) has been on the original batteries for a couple of years now. The mouse has a rechargeable battery and a charging cord but the battery lasts ages.

          Is this keyboard different?

          Wow your keyboard must be something. My standard microsoft wireless keyboard lasts about 1 month with a pair of fresh batteries. 1 year = 10 pairs of batteries used.

          It's not only the battery lifetime issue. The wireless also tends to disconnect randomly sometimes.

          Never had any disconnects either. Logitech keyboard & mice are brilliant.

          I'm pretty sure the MX5500 has macros.

          i use the wave desktop pro at work all day Mon-Fri…the 2x crappy rechargeable AA's i use, i think i've recharged once over the last year.

          As for the mouse…well I probably have to recharge that once every couple of few months cos I'm using that a lot more (but just plug the cord into USB port). Though with the mouse in the set I have at home, I think I've only recharged once in 2yrs…?
