I had the phone in my cart since 9am this morning, and I've been trying to submit code since 11:58:00.
It was accepted at 11:59:40, but I couldn't get the site to direct me to my paypal login.
Same problem - had items in my shopping cart and got promo code in at 12:00. But when I went to pay by paypal it wiped my cart. I added items again and by 12:02 no 64GB XS or 64GB XS MAX were left :(
