                  @Lancerx: If you have paypal account & facing issue then simply login to paypal account via desktop web browser. If its temp blocked then it will ask you to complete couple of steps to unlock it or wait until morning when customer support is online

          you can use your current gmail. Just add a dot or a plus to your username and it should recognize it as a different email. Everything will still go to your mailbox

    I've always changed the registered address phone number to +61<my number>. But I've never gotten an SMS to confirm my account (this is on 4 accounts). When I go to addresses and add my AU address to set as primary, I noticed that the registered UK address phone number was changed to +44<my number>. Even if I edit it and save, it still reverts to +44. Anyway yeah, I've never gotten an SMS for confirmation. I've only ever paid via PayPal with a linked debit MasterCard. Received 2x$100 Kogan & 5x$50 BWS. But refunded the giftcards stated above :/

    Edit: Received the 5x$250 giftcards after 30 mins!

    Bought $500 wish with new ebay account.
    Both with my normal PayPal.
    No gift cards yet (30 mins).
    I tried signing up fo a new PayPal account, however I have to do the verification which can take 5 business days.

      Ebay gift cards arrived but no wish gift cards.
      From my experience over the last few days I’m going to assume that perhaps brand new accounts get flagged as that’s what I used for the wish gift cards today.
