      Make sure you are in eBay UK site not in AU
      Is code working without adding paypal account if yes then call paypal support to fix any issue with ur account

        Mate, at the check out I changed url from .com.au to co.uk and all item remained in the basket but code doesn't work after adding paypal….and you can't add code without paypal account. I created new PayPal account but that account doesn't work either…

    Got a $250 Woollies (came through within 20mins), confirm AUD payment in on my St George Amplify CC via Paypal, but cannot seem to find detailed conditions on the GC access. Is it literally just woollies online/instore, not any other stores? I note it has no expiry so fine either way.

      I used Paypal. No fees. On Ebay it should say AUD on final payment, checked both my Paypal and StGeorge CC afterwards all in AUD.

    Confirming it still works i just bought 4 x $200 ebay GC. If you're having issues most likely your not following OP instructions to the letter/in the wrong account/account setup not exactly as described.

      I have tried setting up a 4th account (just to follow OP's instructions again). Did everything mentioned here, including
      - New .co.uk account
      - UK address
      - AU mobile number
      - Got verification PIN for mobile
      - Added AU address
      - Made primary
      - Purchased on .co.uk website
      - Added PINECONE on checkout page (worked)
      - Paid with PayPal: no go
      - Paid with credit card: no go

      Yes, it works, the GCs are Australian but only being bought through UK store for discount.. follow OP's instructions.

    I had the paypal isn't available right now and worked around it by linking the paypal account to the ebay account. I had heaps of SMS messages from paypal due to the control around unauthorized use but once all done managed to place the order. Thanks OP

        Here's the kicker. When I go to checkout an item on the eBay.co.uk (hand bag, shorts etc.), PayPal works. It's only happening for these gift cards.
