    I called PayPal and they said it’s the merchant or credit cards issue. Then called Credit cards company to inform me my card is perfectly fine. It’s like going in circle

    Hmm.. I was successful in ordering my first giftcard (awesome!), but when I tried a second time the Paypal option was unsuccessful. Paypal customer service checked my account and said nothing was wrong with it, and to contact eBay.

      you can use it on whatever account you like but it's then tied to that account after first use.

    So sad always got the dreaded paypal not available message.. Tried everything 5 different UK accounts different paypals as well!! Must be some IP address blocking or something… Called paypal service and they said the "system" wouldnt let the gift card transaction go through and nothing he can do about it..

    Sucks!!!

          Interesting I just tried setting my profile to Brisbane and even UTC timezone and the expiry time still stayed at 11AM AEDT.

          Perhaps address that in the Site Issues thread.

                @brisdaz: What voucher? First I found out about this is that paypal refunded to total amounts. I checked in my eBay UK account and even the purchase history was removed. But they left me positive feedback LOL

                      Looks like they refunded the redemption code, so you will only get $450. (in my case I had 10.20 in paypal credits so that was used. $439.80 + 10.20 = $450). Its all in the wording. Its a refund to your paypal account of which $50 was paid via redemption code, so "Redemption code" gets it back not you.

                      And since the Redemption code has now "expired" you cant re-use 😄 (catch 22.3)
