  • I didn't receive any cashrewards tracking email but it appears in my account in 10 minutes after completing the orders.
    Any idea I can set to receive Cash rewards tracking. I normally received it but recent couple orders I didn't receive any tracking.
    FYI Amaysim still requires to do ID check even I paid by credit card.

    I purchased earlier and it didn't track so i went onto Amaysim live chat and cancelled it. Did it again via the cash rewards app on 4G and it worked. Got the tracking email shortly after :)

    How long till you know if it tracked or not?

    • I was worried, too as mine didn't track after 20 mins but a few seconds later the CR rewards showed the new $40 cashback.

      The earlier $35 deal tracked really quickly for me though, like in less than 5 mins.

      • My order from yesterday was tracked in minutes but today as I checked out Amaysim said there is an error but I received both the confirmation and "Sim is in your way" emails and credit card was also charged.

        But no sign of cashrewards tracking (probably because of the error) after few hours

    Original $35 cashback amaysim deal didn't track using a browser with no adblocking, this deal hasn't tracked using the CR app - both times it shows click-thru, get charged by amaysim, get emails from amaysim - just no tracking at all.

    And yet other purchases in the same timeframe have tracked fine, (Amazon, AliExpress), even previous amaysim deal last October tracked OK.

    If this is an amaysim problem it's a %&^#&^@@$ annoying one.

    Guess that's two support requests to put in for.

    I’ve had a tracking issue again. Did one for my hubby and it tracked..did one for myself directly after and doesn’t seem to have tracked.
    Seems to be an issue on amaysim’s end as I used shop back for their offer and it didn’t track from amaysim either.

    • Not in junk email? My tracking emails go to junk now for some reason.

    • 100%. The email is simply a notification. As long as you see the $40 as pending in your CR acct, you’re good to go. Please check your spam folder for the email.

      • How long should it take to show up in the CR account? At what point would I worry that it didn't track?

        • Amaysim is reporting fast. I’d suggested an hour max.

        I had this problem too, thanks for sharing - it worked fine this time. Even at the first screen when I tapped "Buy now" I had to wait a good 25-30 seconds before it did anything.

        Edit: and it tracked really quickly too, now showing $40 pending credit in my CW account

  • Quick question. I had activated my plan from amaysim a couple of days back but had only inserted the sim today. I received an SMS shortly after saying the plan date has been restarted. If I activate the sim for this deal before the 31st of Jan, but use it after the 31st and the plan date is restarted by amaysim, will that make me ineligible for the cashback?

    so I haven't had an email and I don't see anywhere in the system where I can enter further ID checks.

    • Alright so ms. ferret's account had to request for ID verification while mine didn't. Entered her license and got the following:

      "Activation in progress

      Nearly there! Your SIM Activation is now underway.

    Very Very Frustrating, my first order didn't get tracked, so as per TA's advice I cancelled the order.

    And I just tried 2nd time using my home PC and the PayPal redirection failed again… although Payment was successful and ID got validated.

    I guess I have to raise a ticket with CashRewards Support if it doesn't get tracked in 7 days…

    However very good deal indeed TA - its just very annoying that the cashback is not getting tracked for whatsoever reason…

      Hi Bappy. Believe me, I feel your frustration. I want nothing more than every single sale to track. I've already communicated this 'error' issue several times with amaysim and we've been told to submit claims for these orders. At this stage the belief is that it's due to the sheer amount of traffic being generated to their site. Please lodge a claim after 7 days by uploading your invoice and stating that you received errors on payment and we'll take it from there. All the very best.

    • I had a similar query but tightarse confirmed that a new email address is required.

      The terms are not 100% clear, they should read like this:

      1. If you are an existing or have previously been an amaysim customer, you will need to create a new amaysim account with a new email address to be eligible for this offer.

      If you left a year ago chances are you still have an account at amaysim even though you are no longer a customer. That was the case with me. Therefore you need to sign up with a new email address to receive the cashback.

  • Hi TA, question for you. If I made an error in my original order which was tracked in my CR, and I cancelled it thru chat, can I order again? I am not sure if it will just reject the original order due to cancellation and award me the second order in April or if I'll be out $10.

    Any advice would be much appreciated because for better or worse, I already cancelled the first order.

      Hi trotsky. Your tracked transaction will move from pending to declined as soon as amaysim pushes the cancellation through to us. If you want to re-order, you'll need to start the whole process again as per the OP.

          No need to wait. Just go ahead and re-order. The decline could take weeks to report through from amaysim.

    • If you use paypal you can cancel subscription from paypal.

    • Change the payment recharge to BPAY.

    • I hope you've checked your credit card statement as I got that error but I was charged and got all the confirmation emails through from Amaysim. No tracking from CR yet though I'm guessing because of that error as it tracked fine for the $35 cashback one, so will probably have to put in a claim next Friday.

        Hi tightarse there are no amaysim in claim lodge form. I got an error 504 my order went through amaysim but no tracking, please suggest. I felt this like a scam.
