$30 is probably a fair price for it. I wouldn't say you're getting a bargain though. You can buy an equivalent power bank for $15 easy, same with the headphones. Don't expect it to be of decent quality. I personally see those items as junk. You're not going to want to walk around with that big beefy power bank everywhere. Most the time you'll just want the headphones, so if you're carrying headphones separately you may as well buy separate good quality ones.
Not sure what average person needs a power bank. Even when traveling you can charge your phone at the airport, or on most planes, at your hotel room and if you're really desperate at a lot of cafes.

How long does ShopBack take to track?
It said 2 days but last time it wont track and upon inquire they said need 35 days to investigate.
I would suggest if the groupon dont track better got refund as you normal get 10% discpunt + 15% Cash back, so i wont give a chance to lose at last 10% cash back

Yeah, i don't like the lack of clarity/detail for shopback. I bought something this morning almost 12 hours ago and still no word if it tracked. It does not inspire confidence to take up these deals. If it tracked quicker i would of bought another 3 or 4 groupons but i think ill just go back to cashrewards.

Yes this is correct. If cashback is not eligible for purchases made through a store's app then it will be mentioned in the terms and conditions.

cashback is like if you buy something you save a certain percentage, just go checkout shopback and cash rewards, they give you a browser extension so you can activate cash back, works like every purchase.

Personally prefer to use cash rewards as they are always tracked almost immediately. I usually purchase multiple items during promotions as I know they’ll be tracked immediately.
Can use either or its your choice per transaction. You get the cashback later 30-90 days it varies. But you need to be careful to follow instructions precisely each time to ensure its eligible as sometimes there are exceptions or conditions.
we have purchase a few items this morning about 10am. none got track from shopback at this moment typing 9:22pm. so annoying

Understand it can be annoying as it hasn't tracked within a certain time you're expecting it to go through.

My cashback now finally appears in my Cashback Activity as pending although the cashback amount is incorrect. It is only 5 % and not 15 %. Can you please investigate?

Same. Extremely disappointing gotyourback. I submitted a cashback investigation (via the Shopback website) on 15th March and I suggest you do the same. But then again I am still waiting for a reply to the investigation. The email states it will take no longer than 35 days for the investigation. Hope that I get a positive outcome.
