  • Damn. Just bought last night.

    • +1

Could get on live chat to see if they'll refund the difference in credit?

  • -2

looks to be sold out already lol

  • -2

    Gone already

A sincere advise to ozb fellows, please use water the best cleanser and dont scratch your butts with this paper.Clean with water and can dry it with this.no way a tissue can clean better than water.Save money and environment.

    • -4

spraying water to faeces and little droplets going everywhere, eeeewwwwwwwwwwwwww

      • +6

Well, have you ever tried to wipe melting chocolate on cloth with tissues? :)

        • Good use of analogy here. Bravo!

        • terrible analogy, skin doesn't have the absorbency of cloth, as hilarious as that would be.
closer analogy would be wiping chocolate from a table with tissue.
And using the bum gun would be spraying said table with water all over the place, to get rid of the chocolate.

You get diluted watery 'chocolate' all over the table, bon appetit

          • +1

@payton: unless you're all bald down there LOL but even so you can try and wipe some chocolate on your skin with toilet paper to see for yourself :). The difference between a table and your skin is that table does not have hairs :).
Also using a bum gun requires some skills but when you get used to it, it's fresher and cleaner.

            • @ntb:

unless you're all bald down there

              :D
              Priceless!

    • +1

But the govt has told us to save water due to water restrictions in NSW! So my next option was to buy more tissues!

      • I don't think it uses much water. Maybe less than a cup. A quicker shower and saving up on rainwater is much more effective.

        • Save more water by not flushing!

    • +9

I'm not flexible enough to get my arse into the bathroom sink and I'm not sure running the garden hose into the bathroom is a good idea. TP will have to do for now.

      • -1

That’s when a bidet comes to good use

      • Genuine chuckle

    • -8

must be the dumbest comment on ozbargain yet.

      • -1

        second after yours

    • -1

I aint a Mossie, after beeing in the floating islands in Thailand, i will never use water to clean my butt crack.

    • You clearly don't have a hairy backside.

    • please use water the best cleanser

What do you use to spray water up your butt, good sir?

  • +4

if you still have stock from that glorious Woolworths deals years ago, high five

    • +4

      I’d rather not.

The paper would have degraded since then, leading to a higher chance of tearing when pressure is applied. So please wash your hands thoroughly before high fiving anyone. 🧻

      • +1

there's an art in applying just the correct pressure without punching through the paper.
life without risks is no life at all.

    • I ran out only a month ago. I can guarantee it was good to the last sheet (Quilton Gold])

  • +5

Typical Amazon only one pack in stock they give me the shits.

    • +1

They give you the shits and then don't sell you the TP to deal with it. What bastards.

  • That went so quick.

  • :( bought at $20 a few days ago

  • The Woolworths Luxury Soft seems like great quality to me, and the 24 pack is usually 19c/100 sheets. Even on sale this is still a fair bit more expensive - how much better is it?

    • +1

I will continue to trust wipe with Kirland from Costco

      • I have found Kirkland to be less durable and rougher than both the Quilton and the Woolworths Luxury Soft.

        • +8

          Durable? Most use it once.

          • +4

@Steptoe: The idea is that it lasts a full wipe, rather than half of one. I don't want my chocolate donut looking like Top Deck.

  • +3

Back in stock, available on back-order.

  • Back in stock, bought it

    Thanks OP

  • cheers Doweyy. got one

  • thanks. bought

  • +2

Isn't Aldi toilet paper cheaper than this at all times?

    • yes.

    • +2

Yeah but the Aldi paper is rough on the bung hole.

      • +1

Confidence brand? I found them to be comparable to other brands like Quilton.

        • Better.

  • Bought!

  • +1

I think this works out the same unit price per roll as the Woolworth $14 for 36 Quilton Rolls the other day.

    • this includes delivery if you have prime…

  • Thanks bought!

  • Its back…

  • Don’t forget ShopBack or Cashrewards.

  • +5

Backorder… Just gotta hold on for a while I guess.

    • ROFL gold

  • Got two, thanks!

    • hope you didn't get the two pack

      • 2 x 1 pack, 90 rolls, $35 del.

  • Got one thanks

  • +5

i like the massive box it gets delivered in

  • bought 2 lots. Down to the last 4 rolls in the house… see if we can skimp on paper for a few extra days.
Don't forget Cashrewards… i forgot. Got the shits with myself now for forgetting cashrewards, but I'm at work still, and heaps of paper here.

    • Shopback rate is slightly higher

  • +1

Woolworths & Big W are selling it at $14 for 36 rolls. Technically same price as this offer without cashback. Good for those who need to pay shipping

    • +2

Good pick up. Amazon 45 pack is 180 sheets per roll so works out to be 21.6cp 100 sheets before cashback or 20.0cp 100 sheets after Shopback cashback, if you get free delivery. The 36 pack is 190 sheets per roll so works out to be 20.5cp 100 sheets.

      • Thanks for the calculation! The 36 pack is 180 sheets so it should be even pricing

      • Thanks for doing the math!

    • Are these prices there always the same? Or sale prices?

    • I bought a cart full of these the other day from my local IGA in country WA. $13 for 36 rolls!! My butt is winning :)

  • Back in stock. Have been waiting to try quilton. Have gone off kleenex. Horrid wipe.

What’s a good price for toilet paper these days? It’s been a while.
I normally just grab whatever’s half price.

    • +1

the 4-ply Emporium was terrible too, keeps shedding into little pieces everywhere omg

  • Thanks Doweyy grabbed 3 packs.

  • Price shown as $20.87 + $5.99 delivery, and

“ Note: Not eligible for Amazon Prime. Offers with Prime delivery available from other sellers on Amazon. “

    • +1

Seems to be on back-order again, add to cart from Amazon here to get it :)

  • Nice and comfortable toilet paper but borderline un-flushable. Always takes a second or third flush to get it down the S bend.

  • Just checked available now $16.99 with free delivery no Prime needed !

    • +1

I wouldn't trust just launched seller and name looks tacky too

      • You'll find that you are protected by Amazon if the order is not as you had expected.

  • Back in stock

    • gone up to $20 though

      • Really?
        damn.
I got them at 17.50. Do Amazon usually change price like that?
