      To actually do this with the most financial gain, you'd need several different ebay UK accounts.

      Buying more than $500 worth loses discount %

      Seller only allows 5 Cards max (10 day cool off).

      Max eBay card value is $200

      If you bought 5x200 in one hit, you'd actually lose half the discount (it costs $908 per $1k, or $1,816 for $2K)

      Best way is 4x$500 (2x200+100 or 200+3x100, 5x100)

      Paying $1,632 for $2K gc's.

          I had the exact same issues. I was running through a VPN connected to a UK server and this was preventing me to continue with paypal and also had the same issued with the credit card.

          Yeah it should be Australian because the PayPal digital gifts store requires an AU delivery address for payment, if its not then it usually comes up with that error.

          Did you definitely register with a UK address and then put an AU delivery address?

    Set up a new account with UK address, changed it to Australian address, code won't work, won't accept PayPal as method of payment.
