So for those that have bought the recharge vouchers, what expiry dates are you getting?

    • mine is 18/07/2021.

      • Thanks. Bought mine tonight with the same expiry date.

  • Do you need to buy a sim to get the $135 price?

    • At Coles…BONUS $2 SIM Pack.

    • +2

To answer my own question, a sim is not necessary in order to get the $135 price. If one does get the sim, the system treats it as a gift card which means you cant pay for it in split payments or with a gift card.

      • A team member at register (not self check-out) can process both AND do split payments with e-gift cards. Have just done this with no issues.

Belong is actually cheaper than this with more data if all you care about is the price.

    Here's how -

So for 12 months you will pay $105.00 with 91GB.

Also if you are porting before the end of the year you can get $50 credit instead of using the referral ($20 credit) which would make it even cheaper - $75.00.

This is still a great deal for those that need the full Telstra network, so no disrespect to the Op.

    • Mate, so I can use this 6 months for just $15 isn't it?

Will we get 80GB right away when activate ? Also can we select 2nd month plan at the same time?

      Edit:found it in your link

One month worth of data is credited on activation, and another on your first payment date, 1-8 days later. So you effectively get double data for the first monthly payment. You can then change to a lower rate plan ($10/month) and use the banked data allowance.

Yes, 6 months would be $15 with 85GB data if porting before the end of the year and using the $50 code on activation.
This is what I'm going to do.

I was successful of doing price match at Officworks according to Coles stock without any objection today.

    • How?Can we price match online?

      • I've done it in store. Have no idea how to do it online because I didn't try it.

  • If you are already using this recharge/ offer, can you buy and apply another voucher to extend the expiry by another one year?

    • That's what I did. Mine expires in March. On the day of expiry I'll go ahead and apply this new voucher that I've just bought.

Not sure what happens if I apply the voucher now - whether it tacks on 365 days to the end of my existing plan, or just adds 365 days to today's date.

      • Not sure what happens if I apply the voucher now - whether it tacks on 365 days to the end of my existing plan, or just adds 365 days to today's date.

Exactly this is what I would like to know.

  • Get further 4% off paying with Coles gift card from Suncorp rewards.

  • These have a 6 month expiry for activation in case anyone is wondering. My 12-month Catch expires in April so I purchased this for then.

    • What happens when you apply this voucher to your existing 1-year plan? Do you get extension of a year from the date your original plan ends?

      • Why don’t you ask Boost ffs instead of asking the same question multiple times.

Alright, so here's some useful info that I gathered via chat with Boost:

    • If you add another recharge voucher while the current voucher is still valid, you lose the unused days. Duration of the plans doesn't stack up with vouchers.

    • The number remains active (for incoming calls and sms) for 6 months after expiry of the plan. You can recharge at any time within this period. However, it's best to recharge a day before the plan expires as the unused data rolls over in that case. Once the plan has expired, you lose the unused data.

    • I believe that rollover is not applicable for 12 month plans.Happy to be proved wrong.

      • That's what the customer service person in chat mentioned to me. I've not tried it myself yet.

  • Today is the last day and if you have member staff discount, today is the last day as well to get 10% off, which will bring it to $121.50. :)

  • Any way to get this offer if local coles don't have stock? No other stores (eg Officeworks) nearby.

    • +1

      All Coles have stock.

Go to self check out and select the “look up product” option. On the top tab should be prepaid mobile vouchers. There you’ll find boost recharge amongst other companies.

      • Not sure how that works. Do you mean you just print a voucher from the checkout?

        • Yep. Price will automatically drop to $135 after you select the $150 recharge.

          • @stoodamire: Ahh, so it's a cash register docket, not a preprinted voucher. Annoying when staff at 2 stores told me today they don't have the vouchers in stock so they couldn't sell them. I can't go back now.

          • @stoodamire: Rang the store and night manager confirmed they don't have any vouchers or SIM cards. I explained I only wanted the recharge voucher and he said they don't have any so he couldn't help me.

I explained process as you described and he checked and apologised. I offered to pay over the phone but he said they didn't allow that but they would buy it and I could pick it up this week.

The system is too complicated when neither staff nor managers know how to access the offers. Full credit to night manager going outside normal policy to set things right.

@flywire: Sorry to hear. They sound pretty incompetent.

The simplest way I can explain is to buy the recharge from the self checkout yourself. It’s printed onto the receipt.
