Can't help you there regarding what's the best for watching regular TV but the 65" Hisense R8 looks like good value. Best to have a chat to the guys in store or do some YouTube/google research.
You can achieve it for $1339 delivered (See link below). It's effectively 15% cheaper. Not sure if Videopro eBay deliver to melb but my advice to go to Goodguys and try to get it priced matched. JB and Harvey don't attempt to price match ebay but Goodguys will.

I am also looking at getting a 4k UHD TV, really like the Hisense R8 HDR and 200 MHZ looks really good. Aiming for a 65".. so far I am not sure which TV looks good when watching normal TV ?
