      You’re not alone. I applied on 5 March, uploaded my payslips a few days later through their portal and have heard nothing outside of the initial email after I submitted my application.

      A few people on here are finally getting a response so they are probably just wading through the backlog at the moment.

      ANZ got back to me in about 2-3 weeks and I do get the feel they are working through a backlog. You just need to be patient.

        thanks for that, I tried emailing this address as well on Weds and still nothing. Did you get an email/notification confirming you've been approved or did the card just show up in the mail with the approval letter?

          Someone from ANZ called me to confirm my details, i.e. check what other cc and loans I have against my income. Whether it's in response to the original application or my follow up email, I don't know.

          From there, it took a few more days before the approval email came through. Card arrived approximately one week later.

    Just got the card in the mail and activated it promptly.

    The letter of offer does mention no annual fee payable in the first 12 months. No mention of the bonus points and required spend however. Did everyone else get the same?

        Thanks, just received the card and called them too.
        Was informed about spend $1500 and get 50k points.
        I mentioned that it was applied through Point Hacks link, lady said she'll escalate it; it should be all organised by late next week. I can check back next week if in doubt.

    HI guys,

    Hoping someone can confirm. I applied for this card back in 16th March but i only activated it today. Does the 3 month spend for $2000 start from the application date or the date I activated the card? Im trying to work out if I have 2 months to reach min spend or 3 from today.

    i tried calling their line but still on the line trying to speak to someone.

    I only got the card last week 28/4 when I applied just before the promotion ended. Nowhere on the paperwork does it state I’m eligible for the 75k points. Does anyone know where I can find it

    Just got my points.

    On my welcome letter there was no mention of the no fee (But I didn't get charged one on my first statement) nor the bonus points.

      Did your points transfer over to Qantas at the end of your first statement?
      Mine were in my ANZ account then at the end of the statement they vanished (assuming transfered to Qantas).
      It's been 2 weeks and they still haven't shown up in my Qantas account.
      I've double checked I've entered the right QFF account details aswell.

    Applied on 4th Mar, approved on 13th Mar (had to call back to explain some expenses on my savings account).Welcome letter had no offer details, but was showing $0 annual fee for first year. Minimum spend achieved in Apr.I can see Bonus 75K points in ANZ account, means it would be transferred at end of this statement period.

        Probably a week. I had a big purchase to make on the day I activated the card.
        Spoke with ANZ today and my points got stuck in limbo so they will be in next statement.

    Applied for the card on the 4th of March after starting a new job the month prior and just got the card today. Had to submit payslips multiple times and (overseas) staff inquired about several transactions on my savings accounts which I had to also submit.

      Wow what was the approval date? Hope it wasn't too early - I remember when I got approved for my ANZ FF card they started the first statement date before I even received the card. Yours must be a bit of a record to have taken nearly 2.5 months to finally get processed.

      You should be cancelling the card as soon as QFF points are received, to reset the 12-18 month signup bonus points counter

      Do you mind to share around which date you achieved the $2500 and how long after that you received your points in QFF account?

      Do they show the bonus points in ANZ account? Or they just credit that into your QFF.

      I have achieved my $2500 about 2 weeks ago, still no bonus points showing in ANZ / QFF.
