To me, Menulog's delivery service has far more issues.
These guys are (profanity). The way they operate with the vouchers is criminal, and their customer service reps must be on drugs because nothing they say ever makes sense. They refuse to provide refunds even if the voucher doesn't work. They make you send multiple emails and screenshots, then tell you they will apply after you place the order.. but it's just a credit for a future order. They are scum. This is on top of incorrect orders, mispriced items causing restaurants to go off their nut and you get called by DD CSR who don't even understand why and hugely delayed deliveries. They cant be trusted, best stick to Uber Eats.
These businesses are run by complete douchebags.

I experienced something similar, I had to argue with them over a refund for weeks and they kept telling me they had provided it.
I had about 4 orders cancelled, and a few drivers vanish, but it was also the restaurants declining to accept Doordash, including one of their affiliates

What do you mean? You can see if the voucher has been applied to your order before you proceed to pay, can't you?

Hilarious. I received the email and code didn't work. After my last dasher was super late and food was cold, I'm uninstalling this app for a second time and won't be back.
Absolutely useless.
Always compare the prices with Menulog. Last time i had a voucher with DD i almost made an order which was cheaper to get from menulog even without any code (in Menulog). DD's menu prices are always jacked up.
I too got the email and the promotion still didn't work. Pathetic.
For my local restaurant, walk in price for couple of items are $11 but they are listed for $17 on door dash.

Seems like Doordash is only available in Melbourne and Sydney at the moment. Maybe title should be updated to mention only VIC and NSW?
