    Please be aware that sometimes refunding an activity via Klook can be a pain in the ass.

    For instance, my theme park in Japan got closed and Klook wants me to send them official cancellation documents from Qantas and hotels to get a refund. Which is a pain to get, just a screenshot from booking.com with cancellations is not enough for them.

    • I just love that they’re trying to make me do this as well, even though Universal Osaka is closed on the day I have a ticket for (tomorrow). Where’s the logic?

      • they need to be monstered through Fair Trading/Consumer Affairs or a claim through the Consumer Tribunal in your state/territory. Have you tried a chargeback through your bank?

    Had raised a ticket for a refund due to COVID-19. They closed it because I hadn’t replied in time. Great customer service. Won’t be buying from these guys any longer.
