Just a friendly reminder that you and your loved ones cannot enjoy this bargain if you're in quarantine, the ICU or dead.

Please be aware that sometimes refunding an activity via Klook can be a pain in the ass.

For instance, my theme park in Japan got closed and Klook wants me to send them official cancellation documents from Qantas and hotels to get a refund. Which is a pain to get, just a screenshot from booking.com with cancellations is not enough for them.

I just love that they’re trying to make me do this as well, even though Universal Osaka is closed on the day I have a ticket for (tomorrow). Where’s the logic?

they need to be monstered through Fair Trading/Consumer Affairs or a claim through the Consumer Tribunal in your state/territory. Have you tried a chargeback through your bank?

Had raised a ticket for a refund due to COVID-19. They closed it because I hadn’t replied in time. Great customer service. Won’t be buying from these guys any longer.
