 - If you go to the Coles online brochure it says Boost $300 Recharge - Check it out: https://www.coles.com.au/catalogues-and-specials/view-all-av… - Now I just need to find this for the 80GB Plan and get office works to match it :)

 - its been a while since we had any offer on the $150 plan
 - Hopefully OW takes their eye off the ball and you can price beat.
 - Be aware that their CS is terrible. Each time I call I get a different answer to the same question. They are simply clueless. - If you go with Optus you can use their pysical stores if necessary. Their telephone support is usually great, but recently it hasn't been perfect every time. - I can't speak for other companies. - I've never needed their customer service apart from the port. Really not an issue. - I'd much rather be on the Telstra network than Optus too. - Telstra network is TERRIBLE though… I'm in Sydney CBD I don't get why it's so bad at times.. Then if I switch to Voda on my dual SIM phone it's all good. Have they been focusing too much on rural areas and forgot about metro customers? - THIS! I have dead spots galore with Telstra but my wife with Vodafone is great everywhere. Will be switching back to Kogan when this boost deal expires.
 - Totally agree. Drop outs all the time now too!
 - Biggest mistake for me switching Boost. - Never experienced such crap reception, even Vodafone at their worst 8 years ago was better
 - Yes yes yes, telstra can be terrible especially indoors in larger buildings. What a disappointment

 - That's Telstra CS for ya
 - What do you use support for? I've had a mobile for over 10 years and I believe I've made less than 4 calls to support in that period.

 - Is this going to be a rechargeable voucher as Coles normally does? - Or must it be a new SIM card for new customer? - Looks like it’s a recharge. You have to ‘buy’ a $2 Boost SIM card in the same transaction, but $270 total cost for SIM and recharge combined. - https://www.coles.com.au/catalogues-and-specials/view-all-av… - I thought a sim is included? - For $270 yes you get both, but I would recommend making sure you ask for both. - If you ask for a $300 recharge voucher, you’ll get a $300 recharge voucher (not sure what it would charge you, possibly $270). - If you ask for a $300 recharge voucher plus bring a $2 SIM to the checkout at the same time, the system will charge $270 for the pair.

 - Does Telstra prioritise its own traffic vs boosts? - Nope

 - When does this need to be activated by? I can't see any time frame in the ad.
 - This isn't worth it, wait for this to be $240 which is what I am currently using right now. Then it will be 1 Gb = $1 - Yes this is my thinking as well? Unless the 12 month expiry is valued more, my current boost pre-paid plan is better value at $1 per 1gb
 - Agree not sure why people neg you. Groceries gone up and now this gone up too so bs

 - Banking on them to bring the $135 for 80GB 12 months plan. It was on same time around last year. I hope they do realise a lot of us will be looking at renewing :D and hopefully they extend the 120GB promotion forever, on this plan (currently ends 31-Mar-2020) - Jeez, how different was it one year back.
 - I guess this is similar to the last deal that expired recently: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/520721 - The $300 sim was on sale for $240, and with OW price beat down to 228. - Sim expiry from the one's I found at OW were April 2021.
Not all stores had the sims at higher values, so best to call up and check if you plan to price match.
 - Can vouch for having problems with Telstra retail network using Boost. Kinda disappointed but I can live with it. Will probably use Optus or Vodafone network provider next time. - There's always this deal, which is better value for most people… - 25GB Per Month for 12 Months| Unlimited Talk & Text | 100 Mins International Calls | $19/m @ ETel Mobile
 - I just purchased it off the Self Check-Out Kiosk. Tapped the $300 recharge and it automatically applied the discount. Recharged using the printed voucher number and all sorted. - How about 80GB? - Looks like no love for 80GB
